Fantastic lake views, but cave men living style for almost 3000 euros advertised at 4 stars

The only think that we liked was the large terrace with fantastic views on the lake

The apartment was a fire risk as it had all appliances plugged in extension leads. There was no proper ceiling light, they used 2 outdoors lamps above the bedroom doors that were plugged into extension leads. Some of these wires were fully exposed, having the plastic coating removed and wires plugged in sockets directly. The living room was in the dark, same the 2nd bedroom and the terrace when we arrived. We asked to be rectified the following day and all they did is to add more extension leads around the apartment. In order to have light in the living room, they gave us a halogen insect killer with a bright bulb. The dishwasher was blocked and all dirty water flooded the kitchen area. You could see that it was not the first time as the laminated flooring was already lifted around the dishwasher and they held it down with a stainless steel sheet.

Die Lage war super, und die Unterkunft liegt direkt am See mit einem grossen Pool. Das Apartment verfügt über einen schönen Balkon mit direkter Seesicht. Die Grösse der Unterkunft ist für drei Personen ideal.

Auf der Sonnenseite haben die Storen leider nicht funktioniert. Die Beleuchtung im Schlafzimmer hätte besser sein können. Bei der Buchung auf der Homepage war nicht klar ersichtlich, dass es nur ein WC und eine Dusche gibt, und nach dem Einchecken wurden die Zeiten für die Abgabe des Apartments angepasst. Das Bad hätte etwas besser gereinigt werden können, und der Schimmel sollte beseitigt werden. Leider gab es am Abend kein warmes Wasser. Für das Tessin wäre es schön, wenn von der Unterkunft ein Ticino Ticket angeboten würde.

مكان رائع بكل معنى الكلمة منتجع جميل وموظفين رائعين ومسبح ممتع وحديقة جميلة وشاطئ ساحر على بحيرة لوغانو .. محطة بنزين في الجوار وسوبر ماركت كبير ممتاز به مخبز .. لن تشعر بالملل ابداً

Fantastisk udsigt i gammelt fascinerende hotel

Udsigten var fantastisk. Søen skøn og ren at bade i. Meget lidt turistet område. Nem parkering.

Aircondition i soveværelse var ikke så god. Kunne kun være tændt med et rør ud af terrasse døren til at lede den varme luft væk. Installering af normal aircondition ville være et absolut plus.
