    We had such a wonderful time! All the amenities were great! From start to finish, we loved being there. The onsen was the perfect water temperature and loved the view. Staff was phenomenal and very accommodating. Food was delicious and unique experience. We can’t wait to come back again next time we are in japan.

    Truly enjoyed the experience at Nazuna and will definitely recommend it to anyone travelling to hakone who’s looking for a peaceful and relaxing stay! The room was beautiful! From a warm entrance to a hallway with mirror leading up to our bedroom and then the outdoor onsen! We were in awe!! The welcome snack and drink provided were tasty! We truly enjoyed it! Followed by a late night snack (soba with fish). Left our tummy warm and happy before we take a good night rest! Woke up to an amazing breakfast prepared by nazuna! With live barbecue of yummy fish and beef, my family and I were well-fed by the spread! We took our time to enjoy the private onsen for the last time before we checked out! Sigh! The only regret is that we only booked for 1 night!! Should’ve booked for 2 instead!!

    A wonderful stay at this new, small boutique luxury hotel. The private onsen was exceptional — relaxing and beautifully maintained. The hotel is modern yet cozy, and the staff provided warm, attentive service. Its location is also very convenient, just a short distance from the Open-Air Museum. Overall, a perfect blend of comfort, privacy, and elegance. Highly recommended for a peaceful getaway.

    As a multiple traveller to Japan, this stay was really the best stay I have ever experienced in Hotel. The staffs were very nice. They even wrote me a card in my language which really impressed me a lot!
