It’s spacious and very clean. The kitchenette was has everything I need to make simple meals for my children.

I think the online check in can be smoother.

Everything, this was such a treat to stay there! Room was gorgeous and they give you lots of treats in the fridge… onsen and sauna were amazing!!

Amenities like food and groceries are not close, because it’s an unmanned facility there was some issues with the vending machine, we couldn’t purchase more coffee, and there’s no one onsite to help, the unmanned hotels I find a bit frustrating

Spacious, modern apartment-style stay with an immaculate, high-end feel throughout. The private onsen was a standout highlight and made the stay genuinely relaxing and memorable. Rooms were large, clean, and very well maintained. Completely self-check-in with no onsite staff, which made it feel private and seamless. We managed to find a ramen restaurant run out of an elderley man's house, best ramen we had in Japan.

Only downside is the limited food options nearby, so planning meals in advance is necessary. We werent aware of the days the nearby restarants werent open, which happened to be the 2 days we were there.

Amazing property, fantastic onsen and additional features in the room.

- Cigarette bud on the balcony from previous stay - No room services, trash bin was not changed, coffee capsules were not refilled. - Broken vending machine downstairs, I could take drinks but card payments were declined (network error message). All the drinks were returned to the machine because of failed payment.
