The property is in a beautiful location and all of the facilities are wonderful

There was a lot of bugs at night outside the balcony but its ok because we were in nature so it makes sense

Tout était parfait dans cet hôtel. Nous n'avons rien à dire. Le personnel de l'hôtel était tellement attentionné, une mention spéciale pour Rumina , d'une gentillesse. La chambre sublime et confortable , le onsen privatif tellement appréciable. Nous étions venus pour une parenthèse durant notre voyage de noces. Cet hôtel est un havre de paix !

Decoración impecable, todos los servicios excelentes, habitaciones amplias y muy cómodas. El onsen privados en la habitación es algo que merece la pena probar. La atención del personal inmejorable. Y la comida riquísima!

We loved our stay at Nazuna Hakone Miyanosita. It is a gorgeous ryokan experience. It was our honeymoon and they went above and beyond to make up feel celebrated. When we checked in we were given tea where the leaves were roasted right in front of us. They had snacks and drinks in the lobby for guests too! The room was clean and gorgeous. The onsen was the nicest we had our entire trip. The view from our room looked out into the woods, so it wasn't anything incredible, but still very peaceful. The food and breakfast was our favorite of the entire trip! All cooked right in front of you and was so good! They do a late night snack as well which was tasty! The beds were super comfortable too, because they had a super thick mattress on the tatami mat floor. We loved our stay at Nazuna Hakone Miyanosita!

The only part was that in order to get to this ryokan you need to take a taxi/cab about 5 minutes from the train station, so not very expensive but sometimes it took a little for taxis to get to the ryokan. I would not have this stop you from staying here though, because this place is amazing!!
