Apart from no heating or TV in room it was ok

Not recommended anyone close to me.

There were a lot of issues, no sound proofing,

No privacy, people were loudly speaking all the night. The room they allotted to me had no washrooms Even there was no shared washrooms as well

Not suitable to be a guest house

Absolutely horrible. Couldn’t get in through the front door as was broken. Hotel is dirty very run down. Found our room. Same as the rest of the hotel. Breakfast cereal trodden into the carpet. Broken window. The light bulb in the room was very dim. Probably thought if we couldn’t see the room we couldn’t see the problems. Our room didn’t have an on suite so found the toilet upstairs. Bulb had been taken out. Bin by the toilet was overflowing with toilet paper. No where to wash your hands. We stayed 10 minutes then bailed. It was raining heavily outside but I’d rather drown it that than spend another minute in this place Booked because it was cheap. Big mistake I did not feel safe staying here

Felt extremely unsafe!!

Close to the port!

Where do I start.. No toilet or sink in the room, so not sure what use the 'free toiletries' are! I was unable to find the shared toilet or shower room listed. I didn't want to walk around the property to find the toilet which I later found out was on the first floor, Room 1 is on the ground floor. The bright light on the wall was not possible to switch off. No WIFI or signal so was unable to make any calls. Emergency exit appeared to be screwed shut. Out of date electrical testing stickers on appliances. It felt like I was staying in an accommodation for the homeless. As a lone female traveller I felt extremely unsafe and barricaded my door. Parking is insufficient and had to park around the corner in a street.

I didn’t stay

There were NO toilets in the rooms and no shared toilet in the building. I couldn’t stay there. It made me feel ill thinking about having a place to stay with no bathroom.

Not worth the money and unsafe

The room is clean, newly refurbished, but heavily smells of paints. Small dining room and an (untidy) kitchen, kettle teabags provided. Room to yourself.

Shared shower rooms and toilets. From what I can see two toilets shared between at least two floors of rooms, one shower room is out of order. You can finish your business and not have a free shower room to wash your hands. No staff available for any questions. If you call the helpline, you leave a message and no one will call you back. There is a WiFi router on top of the bed. The room I am at is situated on the fire exit path, not that I was any safer, the fire door is blocked by a giant wooded wardrobe and because of the, unusable, exit, I have two very bright lamps shining through the night that I can’t switch off, with no staff to help.
