Another classic example of saying one thing and doing another

Not bad, but could be much better

The location is excellent, with a bus stop conveniently located close to the apartment. The street is quiet and not heavily trafficked. There are supermarkets and restaurants within easy walking distance. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

The common areas could be cleaner and better maintained. You are more or less in dorm. space. I was provided with an incorrect door code for my room, which resulted in nearly a two-hour wait for staff to arrive. Even when they came, they initially didn't realize they had given me the wrong code. Additionally, I wish WiFi were available throughout the building

It was cheap compared to other Southampton stay options.

The police were kicking a squatter out of the room next door when we arrived. The bedroom door did not lock at all. Dirty shared facilities feel like a student dwelling. One loo roll between 3 downstairs bathrooms. Windows onto the outdoor area where everyone smokes. The contractor when we got there had a bottle of vodka with his lunch. Very stuffy room. I was awoken by someone smoking weed by my window. Don’t stay unless you are confident on your own, pay a bit more and feel safe.

Last resort

This was where in Southampton I needed to be and the front door code worked. But really the good point was kind fellow tenants who tried to help me.

I expected spartan and basic for this price but this was pretty horrible. I was given the wrong room code and it took 30 mins to get the right code and instructions. Bathrooms. were filthy, no loo paper and so was my room carpet.

The worst place I’ve ever booked to stay at.

Absolutely nothing. Genuinely the worst place we’ve ever attempted to stay at.

Facilities are all shared which there was no mention of beforehand. Those facilities were dirty and barely useable. Code to get in didn’t work. Had to wait an hour for someone to come and help. They couldn’t get in either so offered us somewhere else with “en-suite” facilities. We went there and were taken into a dirty room full of previous guests rubbish, dirt and bugs in the bed, room smelt of weed, facilities were not en suite and again shared. We refused to stay and were told we’d get a refund. They’ve now refused the refund after the fact and offered us £14. Honestly, do not stay with these guys, it’s an absolute shambles and they should be embarrassed.

Had big windows.

It backed onto Waitrose looking bay all I heard was vans and trucks pulling in and out and pushing tall trolleys loudly up until 2am. Was suppose to sleep for work the next day to be safe on the road. Bed was very uncomfortable and not having a toilet in the room meant I had to bring phone in middle of the night type in code to get back in which disrupted sleep even more 😔

DONT BOOK THIS PLACE!

I am extremely disappointed with my recent stay. The room was absolutely filthy—there were hairs on the bed, in the bathroom, and even in the sink. The entire place smelled terrible, with a strong odor that resembled curry. It was completely unacceptable and made the room unusable. I’m requesting a refund because I had to rebook an emergency hotel that same night! The guest doesn’t pick calls or reply messages as well. DO NOT BOOK IT

لم يعجبني شي غير موقع الفندق

المكان سيء جدا وغير نظيف ويوجد حشرات وقتلت حشرة عنكبوت كانت تحت المنشفة الموجودة على السرير للأسف كما كانت مرتبة السرير من النوع السي جدا المتني في ظهري و كنا نحك بسبب الحشرات وانا اطالب باسترجاع المبلغ ويوجد صور للحشرات احتفظت بها اضافة عدم وجود اي كوميدية بجانب السرير ولقد وضعت جوالي وقالوا الماء على الأرض فقط يوجد دولاب و شفنيرة لكنها ليست بقرب السرير كما ان باب الغرفة لا يقفل فاتثلت بهم وجاء الموظف ويصلحه ثم تعطل و تواصلت معهم لكن للأسف لم يرد علي احد ونمت وباب غرفتي لا يقفل بشكل جيد مما اثابني بالخوف خاصة ان السكن مشترك ولا زلت اقول انني اتمنى استرجاع المبلغ
