Brookvale Road Guest House Room 7

This property is not suitable for anyone vulnerable or children. Drainage stinks, i booked room 8, the door lock didn’t work as its occupied by long term tenants, whilst putting in the code i almost threw up from the drainage outside the room. Only booked this place for a layover before travelling, place was empty so took a shower. Never thought i would in a shared accommodation but thought at least get my moneys worth as im locked out of room. Was called by owner to be given another room, Room was very basic, has 20 plug sockets though 😂 Tried to sleep a few hours, bed was a few pieces of metal and wood, the mattress springs dug into you. Used tap in room to brush teeth, after tap was on for 2 minutes that horrible smell came back so i had to run out without throwing up. Most interesting night ive ever had

Its like a homeless people’s hostel, nothing is safe
