⚠ Do Not Bother ⚠

Absolute 💩 hole

Everything, Heating was useless, Room was not clean, Bin orovided in the room had someone's throw up left in it, Multiple requests for clean bedding ignored, Multiple requests for advertised wifi to be provided -their go to answer is possible a technical issue, but the truth is they do not pay their bill and just have a router on display, Cleaning staff come in to look busy but do nothing of value, Cleaners request cash payments from you, One cleaner found it appropriate to persistently agitate me for over 2hours! Evenings time you will often find squatters in the lounge and dining area, and they sleep on the couches over night, they also help themselves to guests food in the fridge and kitchen area, Requests for their removal, IGNORED! Requests for refunds to find something suitable, ignored! Guests are required to make advance payments with absolutely no guarantee of security, Front door locked damaged and often the squatters will bang on windows and the door until let in by a guest who is non the wiser. My stay at this place was over a few weeks so this is lived experience. Emergency contact number, waste of time! A couple arrived and were provided with the wrong codes to the rooms. Rooms not rented out by guests will often be occupied by people who seem to have inside information as to which rooms are free and then will use those rooms as they please.. If you are in need of temporary accommodation, you are better off out in the streets, provided there it is not raining. I repeat with caution, avoid this place !!

I could go in for hour because the code they gave was not working Tried calling and texting them there was no response. someone came to the door door near to midnight and also tried but it didn't work. I then managed to get in after he tried several attempt. Will never use this establishmentagain . They are not helpful

Todo. La cama usada y sucia. Las toallas usadas y sucias. Restos de embalajes de comida y bebida y la habitación sucia. No atendieron a las llamadas ni a los emails. Las fotos de Booking NO CORRESPONDEN AL SITIO.
