It was very disappointing, and too expensive.
There was free tea in the bedroom (though the mugs were dirty and dusty)
There is no staff on site (you receive the codes to access your room by email), probably to save money to the guest house: as a consequence, the quality was very poor. The kitchen and the room were in poor state (the ground and dishes were dirty, half of the equipment didn't work and there was no way no know it unless I asked other guests). The fire alarm system was not operational (see picture), so even the safety measures were not applied. As I had difficulty to enter my room (I was not the only one), the employee/owner was quite helpful but almost agressive. I doubt very much there is a cleaning staff. The price was far too high for this poor quality.

I'd had an acceptable stay in room 10. There was nothing I liked about my stay in room 15.
The lights didn't work in the room. I asked for this to be rectified but it wasn't. I later complained and received no apology or recompense. The mattress was painfully lumpy.
