Dirty, messy, bad smells, poor communication skills from staff, unresponsiveness, what was online was not the actual state of that property. Dilapidated building that needs attention. Does not look like a safe place

Infested with bugs

Convenient location easy to access, one bus directly from the central train station. Free tea and coffee was nice, although only provided with one dirty mug for a 3-person room

As soon as we arrived there was a queue of people at the door very upset because they had been double booked and now had nowhere to stay. Our room was unclean and very obviously infested with ants. Literally hundreds of ants attracted to the sticky stains on the floor and they were crawling all on the bed. The sheets were stained and the room smelled musty even with windows wide open. There wasn't even soap or toilet paper in some of the bathrooms and the whole place was grubby and unpleasant The beds had been made up neatly and the bin emptied, so staff obviously had been in there and knew there was ants. Why were guests put in there?? We left feeling itchy and gross

Location good, room fair, bath room shared with multiple people not to clean kitchen utensils not clean, room not ready on arrival. But was soon sorted cleaner very polite.

APPALLING

There is nothing to like. It was appalling. The room was unsecure. The door wasn't secure. The lock and hinges to the windows are faulty. We didn't stay there and end up in a hotel. We wrote to the management but there was no answer. Please read the reviews before you decide to book any property.
