Very friendly host and cosy feel to the house and room. Quiet location and parking available. I had a single room and it was small but big enough for 1 and I had an en suite which was nice. Very clean.
No bath even though the booking said there would be. Bit dated but for the price it was cosy and clean.

The bed was very comfy and it was very clean. Great price.
The shower was terrible. Shower needed descaling so just a bad heavy dribble. Not great. The sink was so small that it was hard to fill the kettle or do anything in it really. There wasn't anyone to check me in when I got there so I had to wait a while while the poor cleaner had to run around trying to sort it out. After a 3.5 HR drive it wasn't ideal.
