Beautifully renovated country cottage with a very comfortable bed and a cozy living room.
Within 15 minutes drive of a major retail hub (Rushmere), recreation facilities (South Lake Leisure Centre) and Portadown town centre.
A little further afield (25 minutes) is Armagh Observatory and Planetarium.

Lovely little property, nicely furnished and very clean. Garden is well maintained and there is plenty of lawn where you can park as well. Basic amenities in the cupboard was a welcome touch for self catering, with tea and coffee available too. 30 min walk to the Spar with paths easy to access outside the property.
Only thing that I did note whilst there was that coat hooks in the kitchen, above the bench would have been great.

The location was perfect for our needs, close to relatives and also Rushmere shopping area. It was also lovely to have the country feel to the location.
The beds were very comfortable (essential when away from home), and the shower room was excellent.
Everything we used was in working order and there is a sun trap outside the back door with outside furniture etc.
It was cold weather during our visit and Michael arranged for us to have more heating which we appreciated.
There was plenty of storage for clothes, and shower gels and shampoo etc available. Michael also suppled some fresh provisions because we were staying for more than 4 days
Unfortunately there were no instructions for the microwave and we couldn't work out how to use it. This might not have been a problem for younger visitors but we're elderly.

Beautiful cottage in a beautiful location.
Clean and welcoming, great communication with the hosts.
The beds were very comfy.
Hair dryer, iron and ironing board available which was great addition.
All the local taxi drivers were lovely. (Use Fona Cab app to book) and arrived within a few minutes of booking.
And don't worry if you here an odd noise its the donkey across the road.
Although the cottage is just set back from the road, traffic noise is minimal.
