The Rose Luxury Self Catering Accommodation

Very clean place. Good parking. Walking distance to Armagh city centre.

Quite easy to find but putting the number 4 on the front door would have helped. Minimal road noise for us as our room was at the rear, but I spoke to a man whose room was at the front where the road noise was a real problem. Cannot rate the host as we never met or even saw him. Everything is handled by a neighbour!. She informed us that she is contactable after 4pm every day after her work finishes....what happens if there is,a problem before that ?.I Very old foodstuffs left in the fridge presumably by other guests, it needs a clean out! Definitely a decent place to stay if your room is at the back of the house. I think the "luxury" tag is optimistic!!.

Excellent kitchen facilities and TV room seperate from bedroom.

Slight odour in room.

The room, bathroom, and kitchen are always clean and comfortable. We have stayed here multiple times. It is easy to walk to from the bus station and there are grocery stores nearby.

Comfy beds

Too noisy. On a main road. Too hot. No air-conditioning. You couldn't open the windows for air in one of the rooms. Shared accommodation. The kitchen was right next to one of the rooms and you couldn't avoid the smell of strong spices from cooking by another guest. The hot water ran out every morning.
