Lovely clean accommodation, walking distance to town

A lovely, clean bedroom and bathroom. Very friendly landlady who spotted us parking up and came out to see us. Great location, just 10 minute walk into town. We were seeing a show at the City Hotel so was an ideal place to stay as we could walk to it.

Shared accommodation as we knew - but other guests using the kitchen were a bit noisy in the morning (as we were being lazy and got up late!) Not a major problem, but good to know to expect the possibility of hearing other guests

Need to share kitchen facilities although other rooms mostly vacant while we were there so in practise, easy to work around. Traffic noise an issue during peak-hours.

Comfortable, clean but not luxury

Room, bathroom and shared areas were all very clean and comfortable with everything needed.

No full length mirror in the bedroom so was difficult when trying to get ready for a wedding. But this is a picky thing. Although the place was spotless and comfortable, I wouldn't class it as luxury.

Clean, comfortable and welcoming.

It was clean, shower was fairly powerful and bed was really comfortable. Nice private smoking area, good parking and there was a Centra, a coffee shop, an ice cream parlour, two off-licences and a chemist just across the road. Close to bus station and a nice flat 15 minute walk to the mall.

Shower door was a bit of a tight squeeze with my dodgy hip but it was no big deal.

The perfect base to explore the Orchard County and Lough Neagh

The Rose was the perfect place to base myself while in the Armagh area and Olivia was an exceptional host ensuring that I had everything I needed. The house has all mod-cons and is spotlessly clean. Bed was comfy and each room has an ensuite. There's even a secure outdoor area which I could use to store my bike overnight (I was in the area to do a cycle)

The only negative was the road noise - it wasn't excessive but you were aware of it. I expect rooms to the back of the house wouldn't have this issue if its something you are concerned about

The room was completely spotless with everything in great condition and of great quality. I didn't spend much time in the accommodation but it was very comfortable and had lots of outlets to charge my devices! Great shower, also! Sean was very friendly.

The sink in the bathroom was a very small, which was slightly annoying. But they'd used the space the best way possible and it was all spotless.

Luxury it isn't. You get what you pay for.

Tiny room. Freezing cold. Heating was on a timer. We had to go back to the room earlier than expected due to bad weather. No TV and no heating. We had dinner and decided to leave early and drive home rather than stay overnight
