Świetna lokalizacja, czysto, klimatyzacja, kontakt z właścicielem bardzo dobry.
W jednej sypialni łóżko bardzo wygodne, natomiast w drugiej sypialni nie.

Lokalizacja. Wielkość apartamentu. 2 łazienki. Bliskość stacji kolejowej.
Zamontowany czujnik decybeli powodujący interwencję właściciela przy normalnej rozmowie 7 osób (dla tylu gości przeznaczono mieszkanie) i niezapowiedzianą wizytę - za dużo stresu. O ręczniki kąpielowe trzeba było się upomnieć. Zakaz smażenia potraw mimo, iż w szafce jest patelnia. Skrzypiące łóżko. Brak typowej włoskiej kawiarki. Na stoliku nocnym kępka rzęs po poprzednich gościach, jakieś śmieci pod łóżkiem.
