Como lake - Villa Ruscone with wedding location

The property is a charming old house, with lots of room for even a big party of 7. It is well isolated between rooms, is decorated in a stylish manner that makes you forget its fallbacks. The location is, while remote, quite charming and you have easy access to shops(by car) and a small drive to Bellagio.

The internet is quite bad, borderline unusable in some rooms. The house can’t handle multiple things at the same time and we had power drops at times. Some things were worn out. A bed in one of the rooms needs to be changed, as it’s unusable; the mattress on it is fine.

Olbrzymia, elegancka, XVII-wieczna, stylowo umeblowana ale i dobrze wyposażona posiadłość z duszą. Ma mnóstwo saloników i innych miejsc do spędzania czasu. Dla dzieci wręcz tajemnicza. Kontakt z właścicielem bezproblemowy. Zaskakująco czysto.

W całym domu, pomimo gorącej aury na zewnątrz, panował przejmujący chłód (byliśmy tam na przełomie kwietnia i maja). Latem może się to okazać zbawienne 🙂

Beautiful old villa. Full of character and history. Lovely mountain village location. Fairly easy access to main towns on the south of the lake. Lots of space and wonderful cool refuge from the heat of the day. Not lots of outdoor space so maybe not ideal for younger children but a nice outdoor terrace with garden furniture and a bbq area. The house is in the centre of the village and felt very much part of the community which was very nice. A very special place. The owner was very helpful and was there to greet us on arrival and show us the ropes.
