Tutto !! Posto incantevole. Tutto nuovo, pulito e arredato con gusto. Molto comodo, location da sogno, vista da favola. Personale meravigliosi, disponibili, gentili, cordiali e di cuore.

Love that it was quite to be able to Sleep. Close to everything. It is clean and modern but great view of the lake and a beautiful small town close to Lecco. Friendly staff and highly recommended. Thanks for our stay

Vor Anreise hat das Hotel darum gebeten, die Ausweise per WhatsApp zuzuschicken, was etwas ungewöhnlich ist. Daraufhin hat man dann einen Zugangscode für das Hotel bekommen für den Fall, dass die Rezeption nicht besetzt ist. Das Zimmer war sehr schön sowohl von der Möblierung als auch der Größe und auch das Bad war sehr modern und groß. Der Ausblick vom Zimmer auf den See war sehr schön. Das Frühstück war vollkommen okay nicht spektakulär aber es gab alles, was man normalerweise erwarten kann. Gleich gegenüber vom Hotel sind einige Restaurants, die je nach Preiskategorie vernünftige Speisen anbieten. Der Hotelbesitzer war sehr freundlich und hat sich um eventuelle Wünsche umgehend gekümmert.

Was aus den meisten Beurteilungen und auch auf den Bildern nicht ersichtlich war, ist die Tatsache, dass zwischen Hotel und dem Wasser die Strandpromenade und auch eine Durchfahrtstraße lag. Die Anzahl und die Lautstärke von Mopeds und Autos, die teilweise extrem war, ließ es nicht zu das Fenster offen zu lassen. Das bedeutet auch nachts mit geschlossenen Fenstern und Klimaanlage schlafen zu müssen, wobei diese zumindest ausgeschaltet werden konnte bei Bedarf. Weiterhin wurden zwar die Hotel Zugangscodes geschickt, aber der Zugangscode für den Parkplatz bekamen wir erst später, als wir schon angekommen waren da leider vor der Tür absolute Parkplatzknappheit herrscht, war es etwas umständlich.

But the gorgeous rooms lack necessary basics such as a safe, an iron and an ironing board and they had none of those little touches that guests need to feel pampered in a luxury hotel. The bath contained thin towels and only one tiny vial of a bargain 2-in-1 shower soap. We had to call for more and call again the next day because the meager supply was not refreshed. Thick towels and a collection of luxury soap, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion can transport travel weary guests to a tranquil spa experience. These had the opposite effect. There were no charging ports or extra outlets to charge devices, forcing us to unplug the stylish bedside lamps to charge our phones, leaving us in the dark. The bath had no towel bars, hooks or pegs, which left two options for wet towels: the bed or the floor… awkward if one needs to reuse a towel (especially after the bidet). No shower shelf meant we had to repeatedly stoop over and clumsily fuss with the little ampoules of soap scattered on the shower floor. So undignified. The absence of a toilet paper holder left us fumbling for the roll stashed under the sink - at times a stretch too far. Further underscoring the lack of care and attention to detail were the cheap wire hangers, the empty store packaging for the bedding on the closet floor, the dirty fridge, the bare electrical wires reaching out from the wall for a light fixture that hasn’t arrived… Housekeeping took the used towels left on the bathroom floor and placed them, refolded, on a table without providing fresh towels. Gross. They also failed to refresh the drinks in the fridge. When we called for fresh towels and drinks, it took management an hour to respond to our voice message and another 30 minutes to return to the hotel and fetch them. After a long hot day in the scorching July heat, waiting an extra hour for a shower towel and drinks feels like a very, very long time. Further frustrating the long wait was the hot room.
