An unbelievable family stay, a hidden gem
As a family of 5 (3 young children) we had 2 rooms, an apartment and another room. It was the perfect space for us. The apartment was wonderful for us all to relax after long days of sightseeing.
Andrea & Stephania were very helpful and kind. They assisted with all our of questions and advised for parking our car (extra cost)
The area of Malgrate, in my opinion, is a hidden gem of Lake Como. We stepped out of the accommodation right onto the stunning lake. It was spectacular

Gorgeous. Stingy. Awkward.
Delago’s lobby and rooms masterfully showcase the latest in luxury Italian design - the furniture and palettes are refined, rich, and welcoming.
But the gorgeous rooms lack necessary basics such as a safe, an iron and an ironing board and they had none of those little touches that guests need to feel pampered in a luxury hotel. The bath contained thin towels and only one tiny vial of a bargain 2-in-1 shower soap. We had to call for more and call again the next day because the meager supply was not refreshed. Thick towels and a collection of luxury soap, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion can transport travel weary guests to a tranquil spa experience. These had the opposite effect. There were no charging ports or extra outlets to charge devices, forcing us to unplug the stylish bedside lamps to charge our phones, leaving us in the dark. The bath had no towel bars, hooks or pegs, which left two options for wet towels: the bed or the floor… awkward if one needs to reuse a towel (especially after the bidet). No shower shelf meant we had to repeatedly stoop over and clumsily fuss with the little ampoules of soap scattered on the shower floor. So undignified. The absence of a toilet paper holder left us fumbling for the roll stashed under the sink - at times a stretch too far. Further underscoring the lack of care and attention to detail were the cheap wire hangers, the empty store packaging for the bedding on the closet floor, the dirty fridge, the bare electrical wires reaching out from the wall for a light fixture that hasn’t arrived… Housekeeping took the used towels left on the bathroom floor and placed them, refolded, on a table without providing fresh towels. Gross. They also failed to refresh the drinks in the fridge. When we called for fresh towels and drinks, it took management an hour to respond to our voice message and another 30 minutes to return to the hotel and fetch them. After a long hot day in the scorching July heat, waiting an extra hour for a shower towel and drinks feels like a very, very long time. Further frustrating the long wait was the hot room.

Vraiment top! On se sent presque comme chez soi.Bonne literie, de l'espace, bonne insonorisation, hôtel très propre (et parfumé) et tout est en bon état et les équipements design. Petite terrasse, mais nous étions fin février, donc pas utilisée.Produits d'hygiène très qualitatifs.Bon petit dej dans salle agréable et personnel souriant et serviable.Le responsable nous a indiqué de bons restos et on s'est régalés! Je pourrais revenir avec plaisir et confiance.

Appena entrata, ho notato lo stile contemporaneo e curato nei minimi dettagli: linee pulite, spazi ampi e luminosi, e un’atmosfera elegante ma allo stesso tempo accogliente.
Gli ambienti erano ben organizzati e trasmettevano una sensazione di comfort e ordine. Anche le aree comuni erano spaziose e ben illuminate, perfette per rilassarsi o passare del tempo in tranquillità.
La struttura mi ha dato un’ottima impressione: moderna, funzionale e davvero bella da vivere. Se dovessi tornarci, lo farei volentieri. ✨

Totaalpakket zeer tevreden over: gebouw, kamer, materialen in de kamer tiptop, ontvangst, parkeergelegenheid, rustig maar toch wat horeca in de buurt, omgeving en uitzicht.
De locatie is wat verder gelegen van het stadje Lecco zelf, maar toch nog genoeg restaurantjes en horeca in de buurt.

Super super wat een uitzicht en wat een mooi meer! We bleven maar een nachtje omdat het een tussenstop voor ons was maar hadden echt langer willen blijven. Inchecken super makkelijk codes via whatsapp. Parkeren achter slot en grendel wel even apart reserveren maar echt top! Zat zelfs een keukentje koelkast en vriezer in de kamer

Kurzurlaub am Comer See
Wir waren in dem großen Apartment. Sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet. Der Self- Check in hat auch sehr gut geklappt. Die Lage direkt am See ist top! Abends kann man direkt aus der Haustür, um noch am See zu essen oder einen Cocktail zu trinken. Ein kleiner Lebensmittel-Shop ist nur ein paar Meter weiter zu Fuß. Frühstück gibt es auch im Haus, ebenso einen Stellplatz für das Auto für 20€ pro Tag. Sehr ruhig trotz Straße vor dem Haus. Klimaanlage funktioniert einwandfrei, einen Aufzug gibt es auch. Wir würden hier gern nochmals buchen!

Staff super simpatico e prestativo! O hotel é bonito e está a beira do lago. Eles dispõem de um pequeno passadiço em madeira com escada para um banho no lago de Garda, mesmo em frente à entrada do hotel! A localização também é muito boa. No hotel, nos indicaram um excelente restaurante, muito romântico e com ótima comida, em um pequeno porto, a cerca de 1 km.

Tolle Unterkunft, toller Gastgeber - gerne wieder!
Die Lage der Unterkunft war toll, speziell der Blick auf Lecco abendsvom Balkon aus. Die Zimmergestaltung wirkt elegant und clean, hochwertig und durchdacht. Ebenfalls hervorragend fanden wir das bequeme Bett, von dem aus man ebenfalls auf den See blicken konnte. Man ist in wenigen Gehminuten in Lecco, aber die Infrastruktur von Ort ist vielfältig.
Hervorzuheben ist die Gastfreundlichkeit des Betreibers Andrea, dem wir ein paar besondere Momente und herzliche Begegenungen verdanken.
