Great location on the lake & away from big crowds
Due to the location of the property a car is a must as walking on the main road into town can be a mission with traffic and accessibility. If you have a car it’s perfect. Expect some traffic noise due to the proximity of the road.

Lage DIREKT am See, Ausblick auf die Voralpen, vollständig umzäuntes Gelände und flaches Wasser - ideal für unseren Hund, Gastfreundschaft von Simona … und die Umgebung mit schönen Dörfern, italienischem Essen, Eis,…
Verkehrsstraße direkt oberhalb des Hauses, schwaches WLAN, sehr kleine Dusche, kein Fußgängerweg vom Haus am See entlang oder zum nächsten Dorf … man geht quasi auf der Straße, was z.B. zu Joggen mit Hund nicht ideal ist. Der Preis pro Nacht ist für die Ausstattung des Bootshauses schon sehr üppig - aber die Lage / der Ausblick ist ein Traum.

Mooiste locatie aan het comomeer, zwemmen vanuit de tuin bijzonder mooi uitzicht formidabele. Next year we Will go again. Love to Simone
