Very enjoyable stay

Communicative, friendly and helpful host who even offered to meet us at the train station - we wanted to walk to get our bearings in this little town etc. but we appreciated the offer. Great communication by whatsapp. Spacious, comfortable apartment with washing machine and dishwasher. Close to the lake. Good train connections to Bergamo - (gorgeous town and old town definitely worth a day trip) - and the 'buses replacing trains' during the engineering works on the line was very easy and smooth to negotiate - and to Varenna were very helpful - from Varenna you can buy a day pass to explore the middle of the lake by ferry including Bellagio for Eu 15. We really enjoyed this stay. We were here in October and although there are still a lot of tourists around, nowhere was super crowded and the weather was still brilliant with tee-shirts fine during the middle of the day.

Amazing Italian hospitality

The apartment had everything you may need for a shorter and longer stay. It was very well equipped, and everything was fully functional. The host, Roberto even picked us up from the train station and showed us around the town! We were also welcomed with prosecco, some snacks and cold water. The location was within a walking distance from the center and very peaceful and quiet.

There were some food items left probably by the previous guests. Not a big deal and probably ok for most people. Also the towels were very soft and it was a bit challenging to use them after taking a shower, but again, just personal preference.

Small inconveniences for an otherwise happy stay.

The apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable. It was in walking distance to the centre of Lecco and there was parking available on the street - not dedicated - but we had no trouble finding spaces. The owner met us on arrival and was able to assist us by phone with questions during our stay.

A few more kitchen utensils would have been helpful when we home cooked. eg a cutting board, potato peeler, tea towel. No easy place to hang towels in the bathroom. The closet hangers were so high we didn’t know how to reach them!

Great location, great property

The property was clean and spacious, so it was great for a weeks stay. It was very close to the lake side and town so you could get around lecco easily. Would definitely stay again.

Could have done with a toaster so it’s easy for breakfast.

Like It.

Clean. Spacious. Comfortable bed. Good location. Very close to the lake and promenade. You can easy walk to the station or if you don't want the bus stop is close to the house. Just few meters from the house there is fantastic place called Panificio Ciprese where we had fresh made sandwiches every day for the trips. Also there are small coffee shops up to the road for the morning coffee. And off course very helpful host. Alora Roberto😊✋Thank you.

Lovely place

I loved everything! The appartement has everything what you need. We loved to eat the lunch on the balcony with a great Mountain view when our daughter was sleeping in the bedroom. Great location, next to the lake promenade.

The apartment is new and very clean, comfortable, such as in the description and in the photos. Beautiful balcony with a wonderful view. Excellent location. The host was wonderful and so helpful: he provided us transfer from the airport, snacks, drinks, he showed us everything, helped every day. Thanks to the owner we had a great time in Lecco. Soundproofing could be better (we stayed in the appartement on the ground floor and a family with fairly "active" children stayed on the first floor) but to be fair it's an old (renovated) house so not much you can do about it

I stayed 3 nights at the apartment. at the beginning Roberto agreed to do the check-in earlier then usual the apartment was very big, very clean. Roberto was very nice and helps a lot the shower is looking great and also very big 5 minutes walk from the center Im highly recommend to take this apartment!!!

The location is excellent close to the town centre, lake como, shops, restaurants , bus stops, train station, boat rides etc The appartement was equipped with everything we needed. If we visit lake Como again, I will definitely book it. The owner Roberto was a great help. Thanks Roberto.

The appartment is very spacious and comfortable to stay (including AC) in at a great spot to go either to Lecco city center or to take the car to go to some other places. Parking was always available for free outside on the street. We arrived late in the evening and Roberto met us to give us the keys and show us the apartment, communication with him was great!

Man konnte es schon in vielen Bewertungen lesen und auch wir können das bestätigen - Roberto ist ein äußerst zuvorkommender und fürsorglicher Vermieter. Er hat nicht nur im Vorfeld alle Fragen sehr zeitnah beantwortet, sondern war auch während unseres Aufenthalts jederzeit erreichbar. Er hat uns bei unserer Ankunft persönlich empfangen - wir hatten vorher die Ankunft per WhatsApp angekündigt. Die Wohnung ist recht neu und alles sehr sauber, auch das Haus selbst ist sehr gepflegt. Wäschegestell, Müllbeutel, Spülmaschinen-Tabs, Waschmittel, Schwamm & Geschirrspülmittel - alles war da. Besonders gefallen hat uns die sehr gute Lage. Die Gegend ist ruhig und eher ein Wohnviertel von Einheimischen, was uns sehr gut gefallen hat. Einen Parkplatz haben wir im Umkreis von 1-2 Min gefunden. Es sind nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß zum See, ebenso Bäckereien (Via Gabriele D'Annunzio) sowie mehrere Restaurants in Laufweite. Auch zum Bahnhof war es nicht weit (wir können einen Ausflug nach Mailand mit der Bahn empfehlen). Wir waren als Familie mit 2 Erwachsenen und 1 Teenager unterwegs.

Zwei Kleinigkeiten könnten noch verbessert werden: die Kochutensilien könnten etwas mehr sein und für die verschiedenen Müllsäcke wäre ein Behälter sinnvoll - bei uns lagen 4 verschiedene Tüten zwischen Tür und Fernseher.

Alles was super. Roberto is super vriendelijk en het appartement was val alle gemakken voorzien. De locatie is daarnaast ideaal, dicht bij een beach de stad en het meer. We hebben hier een top verblijf gehad.

Gyönyörű környék, gondozott épület, közel a belváros és a Comói tó. Vasút is elérhető távolságban, sok kirándulási lehetőség. Barátságos, segítőkész szállásadó. Étkezési lehetőségek a közelben.

Felújítás folyt a közelben, de csak nappal dolgoztak, így nem zavart minket. Maga a szállás kiváló volt, minden szempontból.
