Sunny Penthouse - Affitti Brevi Italia

Location was lovely, short walk to the station, shops and the lake. We loved the spacious balcony in the apartment and the lounge. Bathrooms were equipped with hairdryer which is always good when 4 girls show up :) The bathroom was also equipped with washing machine and all the detergents, we would have used it if we stayed there longer for sure. The apartment was really lovely, the kitchen though could do with some updates, the fridge wasn't closing, it was opening all the time. Views from the apartment absolutely beautiful. The loft room was beautiful and spacious but we didn't use it all all. We would have had if there was a proper bed there to sleep. It would have been much better if the host made that room more versatile and put a bed to sleep, we could have had more privacy if one of us could have slept there. Instead, two of us ended up sleeping together in double bed in one of the bedrooms which was not ideal. The old sofa in the lounge not really nice for sleeping so unfortunately we were missing one more PRIVATE bed for the third person. The loft upstairs could have been a great option but the host did not put a bed there, instead sofas in the loft which we did not use or need as we were not there during the day at all. All we needed the apartment for was for sleep and unfortunately two of us had to shared the bed and sleep like a ''couple ''. Overall, if the host changed the little things mentioned here and took on the feedback ( like better the shower situation, more beds for the amount of people eg. in the loft instead/aside from the sofas, make little updates in the kitchen) we would definitely stay there again as it's a lovely looking apartment for holiday stay and overall we really enjoyed being there. The host seemed friendly and lovely too despite of the little hiccup on arrival mentioning below.

Unfortunately the apartment could have been cleaned a bit more from the dust under the beds and the water pressure in the shower room was not the best A bit of a nightmare on arrival. We got there tired and hot from the weather, we couldn't wait to enter the property and have a rest but it wasn't so easy. The intercom code did not work. Contacted the host (who thankfully answered straight away), the host was giving instructions to enter the property but they were useless as we were already doing exactly that million times over and over again entering the code given to us. The host also made us worry for a while as he thought we showed up at the wrong place. Only when we sent him a recorded video of where we were, he realized we were indeed at the right place. The mistery of why we were not able to enter the front door was solved when the host notified us that the intercom was changed and he had to obtain a new entry code! that was not a nice experience for us right at the beginning of our holiday. When we were standing there exhausted from the journey and hot from the weather with no shade around waiting for the host to find out the problem, we were questioning ourselves that maybe we were indeed at the wrong property ! The whole situation was really stressful. It lasted about 20 min from the moment when we first tried to enter the building with the old code. The host should have been aware of any changes to the property pior to people's arrival and not put people under this stress on arrival and definitely not seed doubts in their heads they are at the wrong place. We were stuck outside the door all confused and stressed out. As the only positive to this story was that the host answered the phone quickly and was very keen to sort it out as soon possible, making necessary phone calls to obtain the new code of entry to the building. I can only imagine how that situation could have ended up for us if the host was not available to answer the call promptly.

Lokalizacja apartamentu - bardzo blisko do centrum miasta, jak i do dworca. Wyposażenie obiektu, łatwość check -in, piękne widoki z balkonów.

Nasz pobyt odbył się w sezonie letnim więc klimatyzacja była niezbędna. Jedna działała w sypialni, druga niestety na poddaszu nie działała skąd docierało ciepłe powietrze i nagrzewało cały apartament. Gdyby obie klimatyzacje były sprawne ocena byłaby 10/10.

We really love the location because very near at the station, supermarket very accessible and in the apartment the scenery view from balconies and window.

What we don't like about the properties are the facilities in the kitchen, oven is not working, no chopping board, plates detergent and kitchen paper it seems left over of the last guests.Also the microvawe very dirty and stinky, theres a lot of spot in the apartment that it seems not clean very well.

L'appartamento in se è bello, ma andrebbe ristrutturato, il mobili e gli elettrodomestici sono vecchi e sporchi , non è pensabile arrivare dopo un lungo viaggio in un appartamento sporco con due dita di polvere all'interno degli armadi , il forno sporchissimo e il frigorifero sporco e male funzionante (era appena fresco) ho fatto presente all'assistenza del problema pulizie e frigorifero , il giorno dopo è venuto un ragazzo a controllare. Per il problema pulizia mi ha detto che l'inquilino precedente era rimasto per un mese e che non potevano pulire l'appartamento per più di due ore , ma stiamo scherzando????? Per il frigorifero, dopo svariati rimpalli, mi hanno detto che dovevano sentire i proprietari e che comunque non l'avrebbero cambiato durante il mio soggiorno (10gg). NON SI AFFITTA UN APPARTAMENTO IN QUESTE CONDIZIONI !!!
