Excellent apartment.

Location was perfect. Apartment was well equipped and having 2 full bathrooms and two bedrooms was excellent.

This apartment is managed by a company. We were told we could only have access after 4pm but there was no key in the lock box. This meant a convoluted process connecting with the manager to find out what was happening. We found out the cleaners were still there and had the key. We didn’t get access until 5pm which after a long day of travel was very hard on us as we are elderly. The management certainly didn’t manage the time for the cleaners well. I have to compliment the cleaners as they were very thorough.

Not coming back here again

Apartment is spacious and located close to the center of Lecco. Host kindly greeted us in person despite our 21:00 arrival, and we signed the rental agreement on-site. Overall, the apartment was tidy. The kitchen was well-equipped with dishwasher, dishes and utensils. There were balconies on three sides of the apartment, offering pleasant views.

After booking, the owner sent a link to a third-party site not affiliated with Booking.com, where we were asked to provide personal information (including credit card details and ID photos of each guest holding their passports). We refused, and it turned out on the last day that this step was not mandatory. On the last day the host just sent a link to pay the city tax. It wasn’t possible to pay the tax in cash upon arrival. The towels were sealed in plastic bags, as if from a dry cleaner, but they seemed poorly washed and probably not fully dried—there was a noticeable smell, they also had a few stains. In one of the rooms, the bedding had an odor, and the mattress cover beneath the sheet was not very clean. In the bathroom, there were shower curtains on both sides of the tub, which clung to the body when the shower was on, making it uncomfortable. There was mold on the ceiling in the bathroom, and the plumbing fixtures looked dated. The sofa in the living room was quite worn. No place near the entrance to hang jackets or leave shoes. It was cold, but no remote controls for the air conditioners were available. There was a detailed list of extra charges and penalties for things like using the AC above or below the allowed temperature, leaving dirty dishes, or incorrectly sorted garbage, which required close attention.

In a great location, for exploring the lakes and Milan, also Lecco is is lovely to. Only 5 mins from train station. Apartment spacious and well equipped with everything you can think of.

The shower curtains, but not a lot of other options with the layout of the bathroom.

Great home in Lecco

This home is brilliantly set up for holiday makers who want a home to live in. It is comfortable, well stocked and is a great location. It’s modern and clean and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Check in and out was easy and the elevator made carrying luggage simple. It’s very close to the train station and the middle of Lecco.

The apartment is very spacious, has 2 balconies and a panoramic view on the mountains and the city. Location is great. only 4 minutes walk to the train and bus stations (trains to Milano, Varenna, Bergamo. buses to the Como, and the cable car in Lecco), 10 minutes walk to the lake. The beds and blankets are very comfy, Wifi is good. And as a bonus there was Netflix on TV and Alexa music. also two bathrooms

Great spacious apartment near the train station

The apartment was spacious and well equipped. Everything we needed for a 2 night stay. The host was friendly and there was a lot of information in the apartment about the local area. The bed was very comfortable. My 2 year old loved the spacious front room and art wall. The location for us was great as we travelled to lecco by train it was just a short walk. Also it was not far to walk to the main town. We had a great stay and would highly recommend.

beautiful autumnal views with monutains bwhind on 3 sides, & very near to the train station with 5 euro trips to milan, Monza, beatiful up town Bergamo & eastern Como lakeside stops awaiting. The 3 cooks in the party were exceptionally impressed with the range of cooking implements provided.

Booklet of things to do and places to eat was very helpful to plan our day. As was the extra information that the hosts provided quickly was very helpful. Our fish dinner recommendation was wonderful. The apartment had everything we needed for a great stay. The location was great too.

Eveything you need - large, quiet, convenient!

The apartment is huge and very comfortable. There are windows on 3 sides so you always have a cross breeze. I didn’t really need to use the A/C. The washer was much appreciated. Morning espresso was easy to make and nice to enjoy on the balcony.

Simply amazing experience!

One of the best places I have ever stayed in while traveling. Two exceptional aspects are that in this apartment you can find everything you can ever need so you feel comfortable like at home and also hosts are very friendly and helpful. Me and my family needed to take train from Bergamo to Lecco but as there was a railway strike on that day Sergio came form Lecco to Bergamo and took all of my family to his apartment by car. So we just had our first gelato and jumped in the car instead of stressing from the first minutes of our trip. Very thankful and hopeful to come back one day!

Jedyny minus to korzystanie z prysznica. Musisz wejść pomiędzy dwie zasłony prysznicowe, które kleją się do ciała podczas kapieli, albo wysuwają się poza wannę. Parawan prysznicowy na pewno poprawiłby komfort kąpieli.

Lo mejor del apartamento es su amplitud, limpieza y su excelente ubicación: a pocos minutos del centro de Lecco, del lago y de la estación de ferrocarril. Además, dispone de plaza de garaje en el mismo edificio. Aunque no hay acceso directo desde el ascensor, el garaje se encuentra a tres pisos de escaleras desde el portal. El apartamento es muy espacioso y cuenta con un salón, una cocina totalmente equipada, dos habitaciones y un aseo de cortesía. Incluye lavadora, horno, utensilios de cocina, plancha y secador de pelo, así como champú, gel de baño y productos para lavar los platos.

La bañera resulta bastante incómoda, y la cortina de ducha es demasiado corta, lo que provoca que el agua se salga con facilidad. En general, hay varios aspectos que podrían mejorarse: los muebles son de estilos muy distintos, una de las habitaciones está montada al revés —lo que obliga a apagar la luz antes de acostarte—, y algunos enchufes están fijados con cinta aislante. Además, hay puntas en los muebles que no están bien clavadas y pueden causar rasguños al rozarlas. En definitiva, aunque la ubicación es buena, si volviera a Lecco probablemente optaría por otro apartamento.

Correspondait parfaitement à la description, spacieux pour une famille de 4 avec 2 ado, propre, bien équipé, tout fonctionnait. Bien situé, à proximité de la gare de Lecco, 5 minutes à pied. Nous n'avons pas regretté d'avoir pris le garage en plus, c'était pratique! Explications claires pour l'arrivée. Nous n'avons pas rencontré notre hôte mais communication facile par WhatsApp.
