The appartment is very well located but has some flaws

The location: it was very close to the train station and to the city center.

- The windows of the bedroom didn't have any blinds nor shutters. There were only 2 small curtains which were not really opaque, so we were woken up by the sunlight very early in the morning. - The kitchen was not really well equipped, and the fact that we had to turn on the gas cooker with a small lighter was not really convenient.

We had a good trip

We really enjoyed the apartment! The location is great – just a short distance from Lake Como. The apartment itself is spacious, has a very interesting design, and the old entrance to the building is absolutely beautiful – perfect for taking some cool photos. It’s an excellent place for tourism. There was also a restaurant nearby with incredibly delicious Italian food – honestly, the best we’ve had in all the cities we visited in Italy! The host was very polite and responsive, quickly solving any issues, even the silly ones – like when we thought there were no duvet covers, but they were actually there, just incredibly clean!

Quirky apartment, great location, friendly host. Love Lecco

The host was really quick to respond, no matter at what time I texted him. Location was great, very central to everything (We wish we tried the restaurant downstairs). Quirky flat!

Not that I didn't like, but the apartment is in the top floor, and there's no elevator. So if mobility is an issue, please consider this. Luckily, this wasn't an issue for us.

Amazing location and comfortable room! Great WiFi connection as well. Plus, we were offered a free breakfast at a nearby cafe on the day of our checkout! Highly recommend.

Convenient small apartment for centre of Lecco & lakeshore

A pleasant clean apartment close to both the railway station and the centre of Lecco. The apartment is on the top floor and accessed via steep steps (no lift) so this needs to be taken into consideration if this would be a problem, or you have heavy bags. It is also under the eaves so you have to be careful not to keep banging your head and this restricts any views. Although the apartment states that it's suitable for 5 people it is quite small with only one bedroom so we would consider it more suited for 2. Added to this, when we stayed there was only enough kitchen utensils, plates, dishes etc. for 2 people. As there were only two of us that was not a problem for us. Lecco is a very pleasant town on the shores of Lago di Como. We had a lovely meal there at the the friendly trattoria, La Stufata, next door. We also bought some delicious fresh branzino ravioli from Panificio Linfarinata in Via Giuseppi Bovara nearby.

Apart from some of the comments above there was a bit of a smell from the bathroom drains. It was fine when we arrived but as we stayed for 4 nights it was noticeable after a few days. Opening the electronically operated skylight helped.

Superb

Very well located, close to the station. The apartment is very specious, nice furniture and design. The bed is comfortable, its very quiet and you get good sleep. The owner is super friendly and helpful. Thanks so much for everything.

There are very few kitchen utensils, it was just enough for 2. An electric kettle would be good. Too many fragrance diffusers that also make noise. Not needed in this nice apartment.

Carefully curated, clean and comfortable little appartment in convenient location, would stay again

Beautiful little apartment, in an historical building. The interior design is curated and crafted to maximise the space. Well cleaned, the host is very kind and available to answer any questions. There were two little umbrellas available to borrow in case of rain and water and some fresh fruit in the fridge which I found a lovely touch.

The airconditioner was hard to find, it's above the bed a little hidden in the wall. The stairs are tough with luggage, but the "surprise" was my fault for not reading the full description.

Idealna lokalizacja. Blisko dworca i blisko do rynku oraz jeziora. Bardzo dobry stosunek ceny do jakości. Jeżeli lokal ma służyć wyłącznie do spania to polecam. Nie po to jedzie się nad Como żeby spędzać czas w pokoju. Trzeba napisać na whatsup do gospodarza. Na bookingu nie odpisuje.

Viss ļoti patika. Virtuvē bija visi nepieciešamie piederumi. Bija pieejami tīri dvieļi dažādos izmēros. Pa logu bija skats uz kalniem. Ērta lokācija, un apkārt bija iespēja atstāt auto.

Kaste, kurā atradās atslēga, nevērās viegli, pat ja kods bija ievadīts pareizi. Bija nepieciešams to pakustināt, lai tā atvērtos.

Wielkość pokoju, miła obsługa, chociaż sie nie widzieliśmy. Mi średnio podobał się wystrój, bo to po prostu nie mój klimat, ale mojej dziewczynie sie bardzo podobało, no i przede wszystkim lokalizacja super, chociaż "plaża" daleko, na pewno polecam pojechać mimo paru niedociągnięć :)

Un super séjour dans ce petit cocon aux belles couleurs bleues et jaune. A refaire!

Proximité de la gare du centre ville et du lac. Fruits et légumes au pied de l’immeuble. Logement très lumineux et agencé avec goût.

Nous ne sommes pas habitués à dormir sans rideau occultant ou volet donc réveillés très tôt. Pas habitués non plus au bruit de la clim la nuit.

Mieszkanie położnice na najwyższym piętrze w kamienicy. Okna w dachu. Skosy. Dużo ciemnych elementów i słabe oświetlenie powodowały, że było ciemno w tym mieszkaniu. Lokalizacja super. 3 min do dworca. Na dole 2 restauracje o wysokim standardzie. Do centrum miasta 5 min spacerem. Do plaży 7-8 min. Kontakt z właścicielem super. Od razu naprawił drobne usterki które zgłosiłam.

Dziwne elementy wyposażenia zwracały moją uwagę. Duży kamienny stół w salonie. Siedzisko kamienne. Schodek przy toalecie o który się ciągle rozbijałam. Brak oświetlenia pod prysznicem. Skos w kuchni, utrudniający dostęp do kosza i kuchenki.

Für eine Nacht okay, 150 € war es bei Leibe nicht wert!

Also alleinreisend war es groß genug. Lage war gut, Fußgängerzone und See in 5-10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.

Es war all alles irgendwie lieblos. Kein persönlicher Kontakt (nur über WhatsApp) kein Getränk, keine Espressokapsel für die Kaffeemaschine, keine Anleitung zu irgendwelchen Geräten (TV/Klimaanlage/etc.), kein Duschvorhang in kleiner Dusche, kein Parkplatz,
