Die Lage des Appartements ist wirklich top! Alles, was man braucht, ist um die Ecke und fußläufig erreichbar. Ein großes Plus ist der gerade fertig gestellte Fahrstuhl, der es so viel komfortabler macht, mit Koffern in die Wohnung im 3. Stock zu gelangen. Eine Tiefgarage ist fast direkt am Appartement (Tagespreis: 14,- Euro). Das Parken in der Stadt ist nicht möglich. Piero ist ein sehr guter Gastgeber und beantwortet alle Fragen (auch im Vorfeld) und hat gute Tipps.
Es gibt zwar zwei Bäder, aber nur eins davon hat eine Dusche, das andere eine Badewanne.
