Die Lage ist super! Direkt n der Straßenbahn- und U-Bahn-Haltestelle und neben einem Einkaufszentrum. Lebendige Aussicht auf belebte Kreuzung, aber nicht störend laut.
Das Bad ist ästhetisch, aber spartanisch eingerichtet. Zusätzliche Haken, Ablagen, auch in der Dusche, wären nicht aufwändig, aber hilfreich. 2 Kaffeekapseln für den Automaten bei Ankunft wären nett.
