Riverside city center, 5th district

The apartment is exactly as shown in the pictures. One king bed , a couch , fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. Plenty of hot water. Aircondition working excellent! Espresso machine with free capsules. Big fridge and washing machine. The bed was comfortable and the apartment is sunny. Located in a very central spot, walking distance to all Budapest sights. The neighbourhood is very safe and pretty wealthy (5th district) . There are pizzerias, libanese cuisine , greek restaurants just outside the front door. Supermarkets 6' walking distance . Tram and buses station just outside . Bolt taxis 4' arrival time. The central door opens with a code . We had no problem finding the apartment, the owner sent us everything 2 days before our arrival, very detailed and professional approach. We would definitely stay there again . Highly recommended. Stairs, no elevator, but we were informed about it.

La posizione è ottima per scoprire Budapest a piedi o anche con i mezzi di trasporto. Ci sono molti locali nella vicinanza per trascorrere la serata. La notte è tranquillo, anche perché l'appartamento si affaccia verso il cortile del palazzo. Facile il ritiro delle chiavi seguendo le istruzioni del gestore che manda un video (solo il giorno prima dell'arrivo) su come trovare l'appartamento perché ci sono più scale nel palazzo.

La pulizia ha bisogno di un miglioramento, anche nelle scale, e l'appartamento ha bisogno di più manutenzione e cura perché avrebbe un grande potenziale in questa posizione. Il bagno è piccolo è stretto. Chi vuole affrontare i 3 piani senza ascensore, di cui eravamo consapevole, dovrebbe sapere che fin la su ci sono 89 gradini abbastanza stretti e consumati perché è un palazzo vecchio, storico come ci sono tanti a Budapest. Attraverso la porta nel soggiorno/camera, (che dovrebbe essere una doppia porta non apribile e solo per lo staff) si sentivano delle persone dall'altra parte.
