Petite Elegance Apartment

Location is perfect Generaly apartment is good. There are many nice restaurants, a market, and a metro station nearby.

Some of the dishes had hair in them; we had to wash them again. The towels had an unpleasant smell. I will go again if the cleanliness issue is resolved. It wasn't a major problem, but it shouldn't have been; otherwise, everything was great.

Perfect location, lovely and clean. Easy instructions to find and get in. Nice and close to metro and tram so easy access to public transport Bed was nice and comfy and well furnished Was nice having the kitchen area to have breakfast every morning

Location was perfect, the place itself was really cute and super clean and organized.

1) They provided us with TWO rolls of toilet paper for 2 people in a 4-day stay. When I asked if we could have more, the host said “you can just go out and buy more” 2) we were provided with two towels. same thing as the first complaint, but I guess that’s a bit less worse. still, I’m used to having a bit more towels in a stay (especially for women with the hair etc) 3) we booked an additional day by mistake at the beginning of our stay. we noticed immediately and within 3 hours of booking we asked if something could be done. they happily denied and just took our money for an additional day. so far so good because it was our fault so we just ate the cost. but then at our last day of the stay, we asked if we could have a late checkout of only 2 hours more because we needed given the flight time, and they happily denied. didn’t extend not even 30 minutes. so yeah in general not very friendly staff, they were not willing to help by any means. just keep in mind that once you book with them you’ll get an amazing property but will be fully ignored by the staff
