Convenient location in the city center within walking distance to Deak Ferenc tér (where the 100E airport bus stop is located), I got clear self check-in instructions, friendly exchange of messages with the owner. The apartment is quiet, the living room furniture offers basic comfort but that's OK. Various parts of the building common areas would need some cleaning and renovation. Overall my stay was a pleasant experience.

Good location, comfy bed, nice and quiet, host was nice and welcoming
Bath mat and shower curtain were a bit gross, plates and cutlery a bit dirty and old looking, there was salt in the cupboard that had gone stale, no air con but there was a fan - overall you get what you pay for
