Location and size, nice and airy. Good facilities great aircon.

No mention that you had to go up 2 full flights of stairs to get to lift! The windows need replacing as the room is directly looking out to the side street where the Lidl delivery lorry parks to drop off its load at various points of the day and evening the windows offering no noise protection to the racket of this.

The location was excellent and very convenient. The apartment was comfortable, spacious, and perfect for our family of six. It is within walking distance of many attractions, with plenty of coffee shops and a Lidl supermarket just downstairs. The famous Parisi Passage is only a short walk away, and the metro station is nearby, making it easy to explore Budapest. The host was very helpful and always responded quickly to our messages. There was a small water leak in the bathroom and a drainage issue during our stay. The host responded quickly and arranged for repairs immediately, which we appreciated.

As a suggestion for improvement, the kettle looked quite old and could be replaced with a new one. The range hood grease filter could also be cleaned more thoroughly, as there was noticeable oil buildup. These were only minor issues, and overall the apartment was comfortable and well-maintained.

Code d'accès erroné. Nous avons appelé le numéro de contact et nous étions en ligne avec le propriétaire en Israël ...qui ne gère pas sa location et qui ne connait pas l'anglais. Le mail est le seul lien avec le gérant. La propreté est à revoir sous les lits et sur les hauts plafonds. Panne d''ascenseur pendant 2 jours.

The flat was centrally located. It is quite big with two rooms and lots of space. The flat was clean in a nice historic building. It is a wonderful coincidence that it also has one of the best coffee shops in Budapest right under it.

As part of the facilities, the flat is advertised as one with lift. Upon arrival, after the booking, I found out that firstly, to get to the flat at first, you need to take the lift on level 1/2 to which you need to climb +30 steps. The keys are in a lock box right beside the flat on the second floor. The lifts are very old (nice from architectural perspective but below standard from facility, practicality and reliability perspective). They were stuck when I arrived with two big luggages and my elderly mom who absolutely would not be able to climb up the stairs (hence the reason I booked a flat with a lift). The contact said initially there was nothing they could do (re help with luggages/mom/repair). When I went back strictly and informed them I am going to complain, they were more apologetic. I ended up taking the luggages up myself w/a bad back. Left mom downstairs. We spent the day walking around to ensure she'd only have to take the stairs up once. At night around 10pm, lifts by the back alley entrance were working by a miracle. This property should not include a lift among its facilities given the 30+ steps one needs to take for first entry to the flat and the unreliability of it. This was a major stress and let down - which the host did not initially show any sympathy for. So people with toddlers, challenges with moving and elderly guests, should stay away from this flat.
