Jack was very friendly and accommodating. The living area was large and the bed comfortable.
The shower turned off or got hot whenever I tried turning around in it.

The location was very good. We were close to the city centre and many sights, such as the Parliament and the Buda castle. The room was really warm and full of natural light.
Although the room was comfortable, it was really dirty. There was a dirty pot on the kitchen shelf along with leftover food. The closet was full of dust and the floor wasn’t wiped. We asked the host to clean it, he said he did, but when we got back to the hotel the room was almost in the same state as before.
