Contrairement à ce que nous pensions, la vue n’est pas formidable : directement sur un immeuble, une seule fenêtre dans le séjour qui donne aussi sur un grand boulevard très passant. Une capsule/un peu de café aurait été agréable (au lieu de quoi nous avions une capsule usagée restée dans la machine…)

I hope the host will take my feedback in the spirit of continuous improvement and understand that location alone cannot ensure guests’ satisfaction. Attention to detail truly makes a difference. What concerned me most, beyond the general level of cleanliness, was that the host was aware we were five people, and having sufficient cutlery and at least five chairs is a basic expectation. It’s not ideal to have to eat standing. I would also kindly recommend replacing the pillows in the bedroom, as this aspect suggested that guest comfort might not be receiving the necessary attention. The property had the potential to be one of the best places I’ve stayed, but unfortunately it did not live up to that potential.
