Central Market Residence

Location is really good. Close to the city. Love the two bedroom and open space in living room. We got the code for the door right on time and everything went really well with the check in. The apartment is on the second floor, no elevator, but steps are doable. It has a heater and AC and temperature is adjustable at any time. For four girls, it was really nice to have lots of mirrors in the apartment.

Only one bathroom and a bit small and old. But totally fine to use.

Great location—close to a busy main area yet very quiet. The apartment matched the photos perfectly: modern, well-presented, and equipped with all the necessary facilities. There were four adults staying, and it felt spacious throughout, never cramped. I’ve already recommended this apartment to friends and would happily stay again when visiting Budapest. There’s also a bakery just a few minutes away for fresh breakfast pastries, as well as a nearby supermarket for essentials.

The shower pressure wasn’t very strong, but that’s to be expected in an older apartment building.

Old building with no lift. Inside the apartment is good with new furniture. Check-in time is very late (4 pm) because this is when the cleaning finishes (According to the host). This being said, I found dust on surfaces and spider net on the ceiling (pictures attached). Bathroom can not be locked (They MUST FIX the bathroom door locker). The host never responded to my calls and messages when I needed him/her even during the written service hours. I had to pay for dropping my luggages at a different address that was 20 minutes (walking) far from the apartment. I was informed about paying for luggages (Which is not reasonable) only two days prior to my arrival when the payment was not anymore refundable. I requested early check-in and it was rejected immediately and I had to wait 5 hours until I was allowed to the apartment. Being fare, the check-in with the key box at the front door was pretty easy with the instructions and pictures available in a PDF file. The location is close to many city cites and shopping centers.

Host did not help, they did accept early check in and they have a very late check in time.
