King Apartments

The woman star gave me late check out ,the room was very big with a great balcony of the decorated building ..the only disappointed for me was the bed -very not comfortable..besides that everything were perfect

Bed not comfortable ..curtain are not dark -lot of light in the morning

The apartment is spacious, has everything you need for comfortable stay. We like the location and the cosy yard as well as balcony. There are lot of different bars, groceries and shops around working late at night. You can easily get to Danube just walking through the nice streets of old town.

The shower could be more predictive ) Also some of the ceiling lights were not working, but we didn't spend much time in the room and more walking enjoying Budapest

Good location, spacious apartment, good price

Some things in the apartment are broken like the clock on the wall and the balcony door. Also I booked with a pet and they only notified me once I booked (and couldn’t cancel) that the AC costs extra, and the pet deposit is 150€, which needs to be paid in cash. I think these should be written in the booking description, not sent afterwards when there is no option to cancel the booking anymore.

Fairly decent place, it had a balcony, there was hot water.

The place seemed clean at the surface, but it needed a good deep clean, which was not done in years, probably. Everything was the sticky to the touch, especially the door handles and light swithces, meaning they were not cleaned properly. The shower curtain had mold at the bottom and it smelled. The place needs a renovation, the walls need a new coat of paint, the sink drain is rusted, some furniture is peeling. Also, there is an awful smell in the closet. The toilet seat is cracked and it pinches your behind when you sit. The towels are very old, crusty and with holes in them. There is no pan, only 2 pots, no actual knife, just some butter knives and a bread knife. the fridge is really old and noisy, it can keep you up at night if you are a light sleeper. The bed and couch are unconfortable, our backs were hurting after a few days. There is a tax for the air conditioning. We didn't use it, because there was no need, but it gets really hot in the summer. I don't understand why there is a separate tax of 10 euro for turning the air conditioning on, the rent is paid to cover utilities and expenses. Also, it was fairly noisy, you could hear the people from the main street all night and in the morning there were construction noises. Not really the properties fault, but we were not aware of this when we booked.
