- localisation parfaite, proche des ruins bars et restaurant, proche métro - indications claires pour trouver le logement, arrivée facile avec code, hôte joignable par Whatsapp - logement sympa, bien décoré, bien équipé, propre - excellent rapport qualité prix

- léger couac concernant le papier toilette qu'il n'y avait pas à disposition (seulement 1 rouleau entamé et pas de réserve). Le propriétaire a été très réactif lorsque nous l'avons contacté et nous a dit nous en ramener par le biais de sa femme de ménage, mais nous ne l'avons jamais eu (malgré le fait qu'il confirmait pourtant nous l'avoir fait déposer devant...) mystère... bref nous avons du trouver une epicerie vers 23h pour acheter nous même du papier toilette - la climatisation n'était vraiment pas efficace, nous avions pourtant bien paramétré le mode climatisation (sur le flocon) et mis la température au minimum et il faisait vraiment très très chaud dans le logement malgré tout (difficile de dormir avec cette chaleur) - lorsque nous avions réservé le logement avec mon amie, nous l'avions choisis car il comprenait 2 chambres, avec 2 lits. Pour ce voyage entre copines, nous étions satisfaite de pouvoir avoir chacune sa chambre et son lit pour l'intimité (c'est d'ailleurs pour cela que nous avons choisi ce logement !), fatalité : une fois arrivée, il n'y avait qu'une seule chambre de disponible ! Dans l'autre il n'y avait aucun drap ... ni linge de lit pour dormir dans le lit de la seconde chambre ... nous avons donc du dormir ensemble... Déçue...

I would appreciate better mattress and pillows, especially harder mattress

Very nicely furnished and decorated two-bedroom apartment in the heart of the Jewish quarter. Close to many restaurants, cafés and monuments. The kitchen is equipped with all the basics for a short stay in Budapest. The apartment is on the fourth floor but there is a working elevator. I was travelling with a small child and I was able to request a cot for her.

I had to request the details for check in, which they were very fast to provide but it would be nice to get this information automatically. The mattresses on both beds were very uncomfortable.

Location was good. The apartment was nice but the shower was missing some part to hold the sprayer or shower head.

The host was not available to answer or help with my inquiries: first, no internet was available so I couldn’t conduct my business meetings, second part of the shower was missing so I had to improvise the shower sprayer to take a shower, third part the sofa had a very large stain so I had to cover it up in order to seat.
