The warmth, the location, cosiness, helpfulness of proprietor.
Shower doors didn't meet, which meant the floor was easily wet, shower didn't drain quickly, very steep ladder leading to a bed with a very low ceiling.

Most of all I liked the trust she showed us.
Apartment is in great location, easy to access through various metro lines and in pleasant walking distance to many beautiful streets and sight seeings.
When I visit Budapest again, I will stay again.
Cant recall anything negative, really.

Location very close to everything (touristic attractions, metro, bus, railway station, restaurants).
The apartament is very cosy and clean.
The host ia very nice. She sent us detailed videos explaining how to reach the apartament and how to turn on the heating and allowed us to check in an hour earlier.
Although the apartment is very close to the city center and the building on the outside looks ok, the interior court and the way to the apartament is a bit scary.
Also, in the neihborhood there are some nightclubs so when wondering on the streets late at night you may encounter drunk people but that's predictabile given that the apartament is in a very animated area.
