Too many codes needed to get in

Communication and responsiveness of the host was excellent. Getting in and out was smooth and felt safe. Had an issue with the blinds and that was sorted. Location is good with coffee shops and restaurants nearby. (I have been to Budapest before so sightseeing was not a priority). The apartment was clean and functional

Having no blinds for the first night meant the bedroom had daylight from 4am which ruined my nights sleep. This was fixed and the next 2 nights were better. It was very warm in Budapest but no AC was available. Only in the summer months? It should be on when it's needed not on a random date. Perhaps this is dictated by the block and not at the discretion of the landlord but it made sleep tough aagin as it was warm at night. No idea what this would cost at a normal time of year. This was a major event weekend so the rate was heavily inflated so of course its not value for money but I accept thats what happens and I was a late decision to travel and had to take what was available. The bathroom sink is so close to the cabinet above it's hard not to hit your head...and I should know.

Very confortable, in a quiet position. Services, bars and restaurants around. Bus 9 and 72 to arrive in 10 minutes to the center (2 stops).

The communication with the host was clear and courteous. Property access info clear and to the point. Location is pretty good with easy access to public transportation , coffee and grocery shops nearby. The apartment is mostly clean.

I'll mention whats already been said by people but are still issues which is disheartening; the bathroom cabinet and the bathroom sink are incompatible being the same width. You have to bend and put your face between the sink and cabinet to wash its as impractical as you can get. The shower is not properly sealed and leaks water there's also some water coming from behind the washing machine. I know we're going thru a heatwave, but im fairly sure the ac needs to be serviced as it barely blows cold , maybe on the highest fan setting, but barely. Towels are old and should be replaced and there should be more of them. 3 towels total for 2 adults and a 4 day stay when you might end up having two showers a day is not enough.
