various everyday things were missing, such as: washing powder, sugar, towels.

La ubicación estaba bien. Cerca del M4 y de tranvías y buses.
Se nota que la gestiona una empresa. Es muy impersonal y frío. Justo te dan lo imprescindible: 1 solo trapo para secar, 1 toalla de manos para 3 personas, papel higiénico justo, justo. No había jabon para el lavaplatos, no había papel para secar cocina. Platos sucios con restos comida, bichos por la casa. Persiana rota de una habitación. Ventilador también roto. Además, camas muy duras, incómodas y almohadas que rompen el cuello.
