Il posto è assolutamente perfetto a 50 mt dal mercato centrare e nella via più viva di Budapest, l’appartamento aveva ogni comfort ed era molto comodo.

I cuscini purtroppo emanavano un cattivo odore, come di vecchio, le federe erano pulite ma i cuscini non erano lavati. C’è solo un secchio per lo differenziata quando il condominio ha i bidoni per carta e plastica, consiglierei di fare un bidone a tre posti.

We did not realise how convenient this property would be when we booked it. It’s close to the Danube. It’s close to a large market, cafes and restaurants. It was easy to get there.

It would have been better to have a curtain at the window to block out street lights at night, unfortunately the outside shutter will not go all the way down so therefore light comes in through the window.

Location was good, with trams, buses etc just around the corner. No cars in the street.

On Thursday 26th they turned off the water in the House, and it should be back at 16.30 PM, which didn´t happend, then we sent an sms to Home in Budapest from who we got the keys, and they didn´t respond, thereafter we left the appartment on that evening. Back in Sweden we send an mail to them and wanted an explanation, at first we got an mail that they knew nothing about the water, and have received no sms from us, then we send another email and also give them the time for the sms, thereafter we got a new email from them, still denieng that we have contacted them, now they were aware that there has been problem with the water, but it wasn´t there fault??? We can understand that problems can occure, but then, in this case, Home in Budapest, must respond when You contact them about a problem, and it was also mentinoned in the sms what tha problem was about. We find this way of treating their customers very surprising, and in no way acceptable.
