E13 - Elegant Apartment

El apartamento es muy comodo y bonito, esta muy bien ubicado, al lado del mercado de Budapest, tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unos dias, a nosotros nos ha encantado, nos hemos sentido como en casa.

Es un segundo sin ascensor, no seria comodo para personas con problemas de movilidad.

Lage sehr gut. U-Bahn und Öffis in der Nähe. Markthalle in Gehweite. Viele gute Lokale in der Nähe.

Nichts - und dann schreibe ich es dem Vermieter...

Апартаменти дуже гарні - просторі, з сучасним ремонтом, є все необхідне для проживання (чаї, гелі для душу, воду можна пити з крана (принаймні, мені так здається, бо вона була смачна, і, якщо не помиляюсь, є фільтр під раковиною (власники, поправте, якщо не так)). Є пральна машина. Зручне ліжко. Локація чудова - центр міста, все необхідне поруч. Будівля формату атріума.

Єдиний нюанс - доволі пізнє заселення і ранній виїзд (16 та 10 відповідно). Немає ліфта, але мені це особливого дискомфорту не створювало, ба валіза була не важка

The apartment itself was nice and cozy. Fairly clean. And well equipped. And the location was good too.

First the communication with the owner. The owner did not explain well that the apartment is in an old building witch is nothing bad, I hardly found the apart. Than the owner have send me the wrong door lock number and it was Christmas night and he did not answer his phone for about 40 min. This was terrible situation. At the end he just send me the new lock number not even saying sorry about it or anything. I asked the owner is there a place to park close to the appartment he never replied. The sleeping Mattress was bad too.
