Jó hely, tiszta, színvonalas hely, nem túl drága.
A fűtés számunkra nem volt megfelelő. Nyáron tökéletes lenne. Nem érzem jol magam 20 fokos lakásban. Későn tudtuk meg, hogy szabályzat szerint elég 19-20 fokot biztosítani. Első este piszok hangos olasz szomszédaink voltak a hálószobánk mellett éjszaka.

It is close to everything you might need. Also close from the center of the city (either by foot or public transport). It is easy to access, great space and facilities and very confortable for 3-4 people. The host was very nice and helpful and answered quickly to any questions we had. We received all the info we needed to have a quick and smooth check-in and check-out.
Please take into consideration that they have some type of restrictions when it comes to heating and hot water so, because it was the end of the year, it was cold and we needed extra clothes inside. The temperature was set on 21, but because it was so cold outside, even inside felt lower than 21.

El aseo en el dormitorio y WC deficiente (adjunto fotos.) La calefacción regulada demasiado baja para el clima actual.

Central location and responsive host
The bathroom is separate from the toilette, which is very inconvenient. This could be easily fixed by installing a WC bowl on the place of the standing bath. Further more, if the host installs a washing machine in the bathroom, which there's a place for already, it would make this an excellent choice.
