Great location on the river!

The location is outstanding. Various stations,be it bus or tram. located just some 100 meters straight line distance from Elisabeth bridge, the location is great.Main attractions like citadel,castle and fisherman`s bastion are within a pleasant footwalk. Due to the bus stations,center of Pest is within a few minutes ride. Appartment is clean and well equiped, even a washing machine which is often not everywhere available, however, for self cooking there is just sugar, salt and pepper. if really one to cook,need to buy some basic incredients like oil and vinegar. not a big deal at all. W-Lan is perfect and stable. TV we did never use. For shopping there is not much around,but who cares, the center with various supermarkets is just a few minutes ride by bus. All in all, a great location in Budapest.

Dislike is just a personel oppinion and others may see it with different eyes:i personally prefer a personal checkin. Just think is nice to meet the owner.I was, or probably did not read carefully while bookingn that the check in is contactless. Knowing there is no personal contact, had it stopped me from booking? Definately no. No regret we have booked that place.

Outside is a little bit dirty but i don’t mind i stayed inside the apartment which is neat

Die Ausstattung der Wohnung war gut. Die Lage unterhalb des Burgviertels ermöglichte Benutzung der Straßenbahn. Auch zu Fuß konnte man viele Ziele erreichen.

Zugang zum Haus ein Horror: keine Infos dafür bekommen. Am kaputten Fahrrad mitten auf der Straße war ein Kästchen mit Schlüssel angebracht, Code unbekannt. Am Haus kein Hinweis, kein Name, keine Beschilderung. An der Wohnung auch kein Name. Bei Verlassen des Hauses war die Haustür verschlossen, der Hausschlüssel ging nicht. Man mußte erst einen Schalter betätigen, der abseits angebracht war. Vorher sollte ich das wissen? Vermieter reagierte auf meine E-mail nicht (kein Toilettenpapier).
