Arrived a bit late due to flight. Was unable to enter due to lack of complete entry instructions! You must use a “#” in front of code provided. Place was extremely clean but one bathtub facet was completely off the wall and shower was not usable. Understand that it happened with tenant prior to us but no prior notification's provided although was given a discount on our stay after I threatened to involve VRBO. Place serves its purpose but does need additional glasses and wine glasses as the apartment only had 3 of each!

This was a great location. Just a couple of things were lacking. No kettle, no drying towels in kitchen but did have paper towel. Master bedroom does not have a fan and there is no A/C so in summer this place will be hot. You can open the windows but the skytrain noise may be a problem for some.Otherwise it is a great place to stay!

We loved this condo! It was spotlessly clean and beautifully updated with modern finishes and high-end appliances. The interior was fresh, stylish, and incredibly comfortable - very comfortable and great views. The location was perfect. We were able to walk to everything — restaurants, shops, and attractions were all just a few blocks away, so we never needed to use a taxi or uber. Management was also top-notch — very responsive, friendly, and accommodating throughout our stay. We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic Location and Comfortable Stay! We had an excellent experience at this apartment. The location couldn't have been better—just a short walk to a variety of restaurants (especially Charisma, located in the circle, it was excellent!) and the Hop-On Hop-Off bus pick-up point. Since we were sailing out of Canada Place, the proximity was perfect. The apartment itself was spotless and well-maintained, with plenty of sheets and towels provided. The balcony, while offering a view of the surrounding buildings, was a nice spot to relax after a day of exploring. Overall, a great place to stay, especially if you're looking for convenience and comfort!

This is a lovely, very clean and comfortable apartment in a great location which would be a wonderful place to stay in Vancouver while visiting in the winter, but it was really unbearable in the summer without air conditioning. The check-in process is also very awkward.

If it's raining, this suite will suit most people nicely. It's in an ideal location and very clean with enough supplies to last for your stay. Check-in was clear and smooth. We met very nice people everyday in the elevator and lobby and all of them had a vacation booked in the building. The area felt safe. There are some things that did not suit our family. The weather was sunny, maybe high 70s, and the suite heated up horribly. There is no air conditioning. All the suites in all the surrounding buildings had their windows open like us the entire time, which tells me nobody in the area has air conditioning. We woke up roasting hot sweaty and went to bed roasting hot sweaty. There was no relief. The suite gets morning and afternoon sun. We were uncomfortable 100% of the time. There were other oddities that can easily be fixed. Nobody including our engineer could figure out how to mount the master showerhead. We used a hair tie that previous tenants had left behind. The toilet paper requires you to twist and reach behind you, on the left. The faucets were too short to extend over the bowls, so water gathered on the counters fast. The master tub requires a gigantic step up and over and there is nothing to grab onto. It is not for short people. There is no counter space in the bathrooms for your toiletries. There are no dressers for your clothes. There is only one TV in the whole suite. The coffeemaker is a traditional 12-cup pot, not the single cup pod machine.

The location is so central it was very convenient especially including parking in a popular area. The spot is clean and tidy but there are a few considerations to make. First, check in is clunky- you only have 45 seconds after they buzz you in before the elevator no longer works for the floor you are on. One of the elevators were under constructions so it took a long time and was often a line. The parking is difficult to find and navigate. We appreciate the security but felt there weren't good instructions on how to get in and out of the parking garage by foot. The shower in the main bedroom is extremely inconvenient as the shower curtain doesn't wrap around all the way and the head is very low. On top of that, we aren't sure what cleaning solution they use but both were so slipper multiple members of the family fell in the shower! I took a tumble 7 months pregnant. You have to take out your own trash and sort it along with going back upstairs after your car is out of the garage to put the key back. Given the long elevator lines, this took almost 30 minutes. There is only one key fob so if anyone wants to leave you will need to coordinate. The communication was subpar as it took sometimes an hour to hear back from the them. We asked about late check out at 8am as 10am is early. They weren't able to accommodate but that is our fault for asking late. Overall, I would recommend staying at a hotel where they are a little more accommodating especially given the price.

This property was close to public transport which was great. The train station was less than a 5 min walk away. Arena and BC Place is a 5-10 min walk depending on how fast you walk. Lots of little places to eat just around the building as well as a Chinese Supermarket. Liquor commission, drug store and movie theatre a stone's throw away too. All tourist attractions are walkable but make sure you bring a good pair of shoes if you plan on doing this. Check in easy and communication with the property manager was generally prompt. The apartment could use a thorough cleaning. The sheets on my bed were not clean and I had to change them, ceiling and exhaust fans were very dirty. Multiple light switches were cracked, and some outlets did not work. Oven needs a clean and a general good wipe down of surfaces. The kitchen has basic things but no kettle which would have been nice to have. There was no visitor book/binder when we arrived with the information about the apartment/attractions/etc. There was a blackboard with some info on it but was partially wiped off and hard to read. Compared to other properties I have stayed at, there were no little extra touches like facial tissue, moisturizer, etc. The apartment does face the train station and motorway, so it is noisy when sleeping. You may want to bring ear plugs if you are a light sleeper. Overall, I would recommend the property.

Unit did not have working air conditioning. Owner/Manager did not respond or acknowledge my message about this fact. Unit certainly needs a deep clean…bedding and towels were clean. Baseboards, stove, refrigerator and ceiling fans need cleaning. Location was very convenient.

We were going to see a Canucks game so the location couldn’t have been more convenient. You can hear Skytrain especially when the windows are open and the neighbourhood does have a lot of characters. But we have stayed in the area a lot and so we knew what to expect. The condo was well appointed, clean and comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

This is a great apartment to stay at in Vancouver. It's very very close to transit, grocery options, lots of good local restaurants (highly recommend Pizzaria Ludico and Taishoken Ramen), and within walking distance of several attractions. The pictures are accurate and the check in process went smoothly. The apartment itself is fairly clean and well equipped to cook meals if you want to. Beds, including pull out couch were comfortable. Building is safe and secure. Appliances, WiFi and TV all worked as expected. A few things to note: *The street noise from the train and sirens is quite noticeable -especially for those of us from a small town :) *It's probably time for a deep clean and some tlc of the apartment -a bit dusty, doors and handles need a good wipe down, light fixture and shower head in ensuite aren't working properly. *We would have also liked more and better pillows. There were 2 quite squishy/flat pillows on each bed and no pillows for the pull out couch. Lots of linens in the closet so made our own pillow with the blankets and pillow cases. Overall a good place to stay, would certainly stay here again.

We arrived at the place and at first, everything seemed fine. But soon we started noticing some problems. 1. We found there was dust in some areas of the bathroom and the windows in the kitchen. 2. There was a permanent leak from the bathtub going into the bathtub. It wasnt a big issue for us but a lot of hot water was wasted. 3. The handle to turn on the water in the second shower was broken off and the shower couldn’t be used. So we had only one shower for six people. 4. Some of the dishes were a bit dirty. This was not a big deal but contributed to us feeling line the place wasn’t very clean. 5. When it was time for bed we realized there was no bedding and pillows for the hidebed. 6. The next morning we wanted to use the stovetop espresso maker but there was some old moldy coffee in it. The main reason I’m wring this review is because of the poor communication with the owner. At first he replied somewhat to my messages, but as soon as we mentioned problems, he stopped replying. Nothing was done to replace the broken shower handle and nothing was done for the missing bedding and pillows. I have been in contact with Vrbo about this and they have tried to contact the owner, but there has been no response. Therefore, I’m writing this review. The appartment would have been fine if the owner had responded to some of the concerns.

Conveniently located to transit, groceries and amenities. Apartment was clean and well-equipped (linens, toiletries, utensils etc). Check-in/out instructions were clear. Locating the parking lot was a little challenging. Having a kettle in the apartment would be helpful.

Information was clear and the space was lovely. There is quite a bit of street noise but you have to expect that in downtown Vancouver. Several eateries close by and a wonderful area to roam about.
