This corner 2 bed, 2 bath furnished condo is located in the prestigious Coal Harbour neighborhood of downtown Vancouver. It is a perfect residence place to go for stroll, bike ride or jog along the Seawall and in Stanley Park, to hop on Skytrain at Burrard Station, and to walk to Canada Place (cruise ship terminal) and Vancouver Convention Centre. The suite features stunning water, mountain and city views and has been well maintained with full time building manager. A free parking lot is provided.

Beautiful city views and partial glimpses of the water. Wonderful location making shopping and dining easy to access. Very light and airy. Melville was very responsive. The bedrooms are quite small, but overall a great experience!

This condo worked well for our group of five. It’s on the small side but has two bathrooms, a decent sitting area, and was clean with good amenities. The location is great for exploring downtown. My main wish is that the listing had mentioned how compact the space really is—the photos made it look bigger. Also, air conditioning in the bedrooms would have made a big difference since it was quite hot during our stay. Overall, a good option if you don’t mind tight quarters.

We had a great stay. The condo was very clean and well stocked. It is in a great location, especially if you are leaving from the port on a cruise. The host was very responsive to all communications. Would definitely recommend it.

Peek-a-boo view from the 15th floor was fun. We enjoyed watching people bustle around. It is an easy location to walk around the waterfront. We loved the variety of accessible restaurants. The condo is super clean and comfortable.

I stayed here with 2 friends and it was perfect. The location is wonderful i’m walking distance many different neighborhoods. There are coffee shops on every corner with great pastries.The condo had two full baths. I was just big enough for the three of us. It was very clean and it was nice to have a parking space down in the garage for a rental car.We would definitely stay there again. Vancouver is just lovely.

We stayed here during March/April while visiting Vancouver for a week. The location just can't be beat in that it's easy to walk to many sites, shops, and restaurants, it's an easy drive via the Lions Gate Bridge to North Vancouver, and it's easy to take rideshare or self-drive to other neighborhoods farther afield. We loved that there was a Starbucks just across the street for our morning caffeine hit, but still appreciated the coffee and tea provided in the suite for our use as a thoughtful touch. The key pickup was very easy, and the property manager/owner was very responsive when I realized I had forgotten to include the parking garage fob in the keysafe upon checkout.The suite is a corner unit and has lovely views from the living/dining area, but because of its location and orientation, the afternoon sun never made the suite too warm.We rented a car, so it was quite nice that the suite included a parking spot in the building garage, and we never had to worry about finding street parking or risk break-ins / smash-and-grabs like in other cities we've visited.The rooms were small, but still comfortable, and we didn't really mind the size because we spent most of our time out and about.I highly recommend this property for a great home-base while visiting Vancouver and would certainly stay there again on future visits!

Stayed here with some friends for 2 nights. Beds were comfortable, apartment was very clean and nicely set up for our arrival. The check in and check out process was simple with the easy-to-follow instructions. Our host was very accommodating and welcoming! Would definitely recommend staying here! Price is excellent for the quality and location!

Property was in a great location. about 3 blocks from a busy part of Robson street. Easy walk to trains with easy access to airport and to cruise port ( did not cruise) . Although Robson street under construction, area was lively during day and night. Italian, Korean, Indian and many other restaurants walkable. Liquor store 2 blocks away. the Edge of Stanley park is walkable also, , you would need ride to center. Walk to train and take to Science center. Aqua bus to Granville Island from science center and cab back was only 16

The apartment had no light fittings in the bedrooms, the beds were too hot with no alternative to the hot doonas, the views were non existent and value for money was very poor. Obtaining and returning the keys was an absolute nightmare

Listing makes it seem like you have full harbor view. You don't.. very small view from one window. The check in process is weird. I was told I would get text with necessary code. However, it did not come as text, it came through VRBO message system. I wasn't looking there. Place is small, especially second bedroom. Has A/C unit sitting on the floor with a drain bucket that has to be drained couple of times a day. There are 2 15" fans that need to be used to circulate cool air to bedrooms. There is a parking garage to the left of the lobby entrance and one to the right. Not specified in check in procedures. So I'll tell you, it's on the right facing the lobby entrance. There is no ceiling light in the master. There is a small lamp that sits on a stand. The same stand that prevents you from opening the left side of the master closet. My advice, go elsewhere!

The location of the property is top notch and makes access to all of Vancouver quite easy. The condo is very clean and well maintained. Four adults stayed very comfortably.
I have only two very minor issues to note. There were no drinking glasses so a simple glass of ice water had to be drunk from a coffee, wine or child’s cup. Certainly not the end of tge world but

We (4 adults) had a few days of vacation time after our Alaskan cruise so we decided to check out Vancouver. Beautiful city!! This VRBO was a perfect location. We walked (almost) everywhere…Stanley Park, Gastown, Canada Place, were all walking distance. The condo was as stated: a 2 bedroom (with 2 queen beds), 2 bathroom (1 with tub, 1 with shower) a full kitchen with essentials and washer and dryer. The host was kind to allow us to drop off our luggage so we could go enjoy the city before our actual check in time. I would definitely stay here again.

The unit and parking is very easy to access and is located in an excellent area for everything near Coal Harbour and Stanley Park. There is an air conditioning unit but it is located on the opposite end of the apartment from the two bedrooms making for some rather hot summer nights for sleeping. Very secure building and overall an enjoyable stay.
