The kitchen was nice and it was useful to have a washer/dryer. The owner was responsive to questions. But the building only had 3 elevators and one was broken the whole time, so really only 2, and one day it went down to one! So entering and exiting the building took a while. Also, due to the security systems, checking in and out is a rather complicated process.

Great location and easy to access. Communication with host was at the time of booking and then not until three days before the stay. We would have liked some communications as we contacted the host via App Email but nothing till right before the stay. We were on a cruise and could not call. Tried to call before we boarded the cruise but the Phone number does not work. Goes to voice mail and the mailbox was full. That needs to be fixed. Great selection of restaurants just blocks away, as well as parks and the False Creek seawall. Advertised as sleeping six, with 2 BR/2 BA. Bedspace is not a problem. However, if you are going to stay more than two nights, clothing storage can be a problem. You may want to consider adding some added drawer-space to the master BR closet, much like that provided in the other smaller BR. Both bathrooms were very well appointed and spacious.The kitchen was very nice, with a selection of snacks and coffee for the Nespresso coffeemaker. If you need sundries, there is a store/pharmacy just blocks away.

Rental is exactly as listed. The attention to detail, cleanliness, convenience of location, responsiveness of host are all on point. Can’t say enough good things about it. Follow the stepwise and picture instructions for parking and don’t miss the parkade entrance (twice) during night time like I did. Definitely coming back to this listing at my next visit to YVR!

had a nice stay with my family. communication was great. nice welcome basket. comfy sofa bed that my daughter slept on. some cons: blinds in 1 bedroom and living room were not blackout. one bed was very squeaky and carpets could use some cleaning. some construction in the surrounding area but we honestly didnt hear much. great restaurants closeby.

Very easy to find, well appointed, comfortable beds and met the needs of 4 able seniors quite well though the walk to BC Place was a little further than anticipated. The air conditioning was very welcome after extreme rise in temperature. Quick easy access to Granville Island was a plus.

Great overnight in Vancouver! The property is well located in the city (but be aware of road construction in the area). They had all the amenities. We really appreciated the parking. Since this is a corner unit, there is great sunlight and less noise. Thank you for a great stay!

We use Vrbo quite often for our trips, and this property has to be one of the cleanest, most comfortable, and well situated places we have ever stayed. The host is extremely kind and informative, and kept us apprised of any details that would be important to maximize the quality of our stay. The kitchen is well appointed, and there is a nice television with Netflix Streaming services for your entertainment. The best quality of this property, however, is it wonderful location, right near Granville Island, and several museums. You can enjoy walking to or taking a short Uber ride to many different places that are quite fun to visit. We enjoyed the public market in Granville, and we were able to cook dinner both nights in the wonderful kitchen of this property. If we could give this 10 stars, we would. Thank you for allowing us to stay, and hopefully we will be back to Vancouver in the future.

The property was clean and comfortable for our group of 4. The proximity to all our favorite downtown locations was perfect! Walking distance to great restaurants, bars, and our concert venue! We will look into staying here again next time. The property manager was very prompt with any questions we had too. Courteous and professional.
