At nearly 1500 sqft (139 m^2) the ‘Skyline’ is an exclusive two-bedroom two-bathroom penthouse located at the top of an office building. It is the only residential unit in the building.
With two private patios- one with a fantastic view of the Vancouver skyline and the North Shore Mountains.
The two floors below are businesses (Doctor, massage etc), so you won’t be disturbed during your stay.
*Please note that this building is a walk-up, meaning you’ll need to go up two flights of stairs to reach the apartment the first time, you can take the elevator once you retrieve the keys upstairs.
The space is huge with a full dining area, large sectional, and tons of natural light from the floor to ceiling windows on both sides of the main living area.
The main bedroom is large as well, with a big screen tv, couch, desk, ample closet space and a full bathroom.
Second bedroom is connected to the hallway backroom and shower. It has a couch, desk, and closet.
The kitchen has everything you need to whip up a snack or a full meal.
The other sleeping space is a very comfortable convertible sofa made by Industrial Revolution.
Free underground parking is available
The neighbourhood is incredibly central. You’re a short walk away from the sites and shops of Kitsilano, the market at Granville island, and the nightlife of Granville street. An evening or morning stroll down to False Creek might be a favourite thing you do on your trip. I've walked this neighbourhood in all seasons and it's always a treat.

We're a 25 minute walk from the Canada line skytrain and a shorter walk to the bus on Granville, which runs you right downtown
Lfty, Uber, and taxi are pretty easy to get.
You're on one of the main bike paths in the city (take care as a driver!)
Some guests register for car sharing: Evo, Modo, Zipcar
Other Things to Note:
This is the only residential unit in the building and the only unit on the top floor.
For FIFA bookings, BC Place is a 40 minute walk away or 8 minute drive. There is also public transit nearby that will take you downtown, or you can bus/walk to the skytrain station located at Cambie and Broadway.
