This spacious, air-conditioned apartment with floor-to-ceiling windows and 25th floor views of Vancouver is your best alternative to a 5 star hotel accommodation.

There is one King-Size Bed in the first bedroom, and one Queen-Size Bed in the second bedroom. The wall of the third bedroom has been removed as it is around the corner of the living room. There is Double (Full) Size Wall-Bed in there. When the wall-bed is not used it is lifted up to the wall to look like a cabinet. A round table with 4 chairs is placed in that area instead of the bed to create an extension of a living room. In addition, there is a very comfortable Queen Size American Leather Sofa-Bed in the living room. Browse the attached photographs to see the configuration.

Very nicely appointed and clean. Climate control is a bit of a problem. AC and window treatments do not keep up with a sunny day.

The view and location were great, with a nearby grocery store and great restaurants. The key fob pickup was not convenient especially since you had luggage to haul around. The gate was locked to the condo at arrival. The key fob could be moved closer to help with easier checkin, especially if arrival is late in the day or evening. The bed mattresses were thin and hard to sleep on. The closets were filled and one contained a filing cabinet that did not allow space for us to unpack. There was no drawer space. The laundry room was filled with junk and could not be easily accessed for use. Could not operate the oven even with instructions. The notice on fridge said “Welcome Home” but the items on the list were mean and threatening. The noise level was high at night with lots of sirens.

Check in is a bit awkward as the key is located 1 ½ blocks from the flat in a lockbox. Check in is actually quite easy but it check out hard as the store is open 5 am to 3 am but we needed to leave before 5. Our host helped us work this out. It was missing two of the listed amenities: gym and pool. They were available nearby for purchase. It bothered us. It was a well-located and bright apartment that fit our needs. Great views. We stay via VRBO vs hotel for our family of five for one night before we start our Princess Cruise. The location was beautiful and convenient. The place was clean and locating the key was not too difficult. Nearby there were many options to walk around. It worked well for us.

Stylish, clean and comfortable. Beds were very comfortable. Great location and views. Walk or ride share easily. We didn't cook but the kitchen seemed to be well equipped. The unit is primarily south/southwest exposure so plenty of light.

On the plus side, the location is excellent. Spectacular views. Everything is walkable. We rented a car but we barely used it. On the down-side, the unit is right across the street from a hospital so there are a lot of ambulance sirens. The check-in process is rather involved, and when we arrived the closets were completely full of the owner's belongings so we had no place to hang clothes. However, the owner was very responsive and everything was eventually taken care of. The listing contains one major inaccuracy: it says that there is a pool, and there is, but we were not actually allowed to use it. It was for hotel guests only.

Unique shape to condo lends to an exceptional view of the bay and downtown. Furnishings are comfortable and supply of dishes, cutlery, cookware was in good supply. Beds are spacious and welcoming to a restful sleep - they are recessed close to the floor. The condo itself is quiet and residents we met from neighbouring units helpful and friendly, Location is perfect point to explore waterfront, BC place, high end shopping and a quick Uber to Stanley Park and Granville Island. Highly recommend Jan and his condo.

Property is centrally located to everything and very easy to walk or short ride to almost all of the things. Our only negative was the beds, pillows and linens are not comfortable at all and very used but that may be personal preference. If in Vancouver I would possibly stay here again.

This location is walking distance to just about everything. With that being said and never visiting Vancouver before, we are not used to all the traffic and siren noise. The unit above or next to the master bedroom was doing some form of remodel so during the day there was some tapping and grinding sounds. Wow! This condo is in the perfect location for exploring downtown. Tons of great restaurants, shops and grocery store within a short walk. The inside of the condo is beautiful and has amazing views. The floor to ceiling windows are a bit overwhelming at first but make for such an impressive view of the city. Especially at night. Well stocked and comfy. The host communicated with me so well and the instructions for checkin/checkout were very detailed, making the process super easy. Would stay here again when visiting Vancouver.

The condo was in a great location and had great views of the city and water. It served our purpose as a home base to explore Vancouver, but could have offered a bit more. When winding down in the evenings, we could only watch 1 kid channel; due to the cable tv remote not working. There was only 1 tv in the condo (bedrooms didn’t have a tv). The condo lighting could be improved as it primarily lighted by lamps or insufficient fixtures (not an issue during the day with the floor to ceiling windows allowing daylight). Check-in and checkout process is horrible!!! You have to pickup/dropoff the condo key from a convenient store, 2 blocks from the condo (there's no parking at the store and without the key you can't park at the condo). You have to use an app to access the key cafe box within the store. There's no one to assist you, but the owner provides very detailed instructions in an email. The key pickup/dropoff is by far the worst checkin/checkout experience I've ever seen. The number of beds, location and views really help with overlooking the negatives, but those could easily be addressed.

The condo was in the perfect location. We loved the layout and the fabulous view. BUT, the kitchen sink had no plug that worked ( we bought one at the Dollar Store), there was a chipped glass in the cupboard, only one facecloth was laid out for 5 people (sign in the closet said we would be charged 25.00 if we touched any of the towels)REALLY?? There were no bedside lamps and no oven mitts in the kitchen. The blinds needed to be repaired and some of the kitchen lighting didn’t work. So, these were all small things but we shouldn’t have had to deal with any of that considering the price we paid for one week in the condo. Attention to detail is important!!

Up: Fantastic city and ocean view. We enjoyed the view every morning at breakfast and the sunset every night. Very walkable neighborhood, no need to drive if you need to explore downtime. Very comfortable beds, yes, they are firm thus we slept very well! Small apartment but had all amenities for a comfortable stay for a family of 4. Down: The AC didn’t cool down the apartment very much, luckily there were 2 fans, and opening the balcony door helped.

We enjoyed our visit to Vancouver and to this lovely condo in such a great location. Everything was close by and easily accessible. The condo had all the comforts of home with the added bonus of a remarkable view. The suite is larger than most and beds were quite comfortable. Despite the frequency of sirens and outside noises, we didn't lose any sleep over it. The sleeper sofa wasn't as comfortable as one might have hoped, but there was plenty of other seating to choose from. Overall, we would definitely stay here again. Thank you Jan!

This is a nice little 2br in a great area for restaurants, shops, etc. Close drives to Stanley Park & Granville Island. Clean, everything in working order. The only challenge was the beds in the bedrooms, which are very low. Anyone with mobility issues would have some difficulty as these are about futon-height. Thankfully the wall bed was down, which is higher, so our group member with bad hips was able to use that!

The apartment is very clean and its a great neighborhood. The signage in apartment is not exactly welcoming, more business-like and firm warnings about the AC, towels and linens, etc... The master BR mattress is hard as a rock. Overall was a good place to stay though, as long as you are aware of the above.
