About this apartment rental
20 minutes walking distance to the BC Place Stadium where the World Cup Soccer matches will be played in June and July 2026.

This spacious, air-conditioned apartment with floor-to-ceiling windows and 25th floor views of Vancouver is your best alternative to a 5 star hotel accommodation.
There is one King-Size Bed in the first bedroom, and one Queen-Size Bed in the second bedroom. The wall of the third bedroom has been removed as it is around the corner of the living room. There is Double (Full) Size Wall-Bed in there. When the wall-bed is not used it is lifted up to the wall to look like a cabinet. A round table with 4 chairs is placed in that area instead of the bed to create an extension of a living room. In addition, there is a very comfortable Queen Size American Leather Sofa-Bed in the living room. Browse the attached photographs to see the configuration.

This is a really great location in downtown Vancouver. Only about six blocks from the skytrain and six blocks from the waterfront. Lots of restaurants nearby and very close to a grocery and liquor store.Beds are reasonable. The couch is old and extremely worn – cushions kept falling off every time we sat on it. Otherwise furnishings were fine.It was clean, and there were plenty of sheets, towels, and dishes. Slightly inconvenient to have to pick up and drop off the key offsite, but the place was only about two blocks away.If you exit the backside of the property and head toward the waterfront, there is a significant homeless presence with some open drug use adjacent to a harm mitigation center. But this really only is about a two block stretch and did not feel unsafe during the day.We were on the 25th floor, so we had lovely skyline views and could see the mountains and the water from the big wraparound windows. If you keep the windows open, there is a great deal of city noise at night. But if you close them, it mitigates that pretty much completely.Excellent communication with the host. Would recommend and would stay here again.

Amazing place to stay!! My wife had a kidney transplant at St Paul’s Hospital and we stayed there for 4 nights/5 days as a family while she recovered across the street!! The accommodation was a quick 4 min walk from the hospital and tons of restaurants and shops nearby. Super clean, quiet and peaceful which was exactly what we were looking for. The host Jan was VERY easy to communicate with and great to deal with for any questions or concerns we had. Will definitely recommend this listing to anyone that is looking for an affordable and great place to stay in the DT core. Very grateful!!!!

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment!Views were spectacular, kitchen was well equipped, both Jan (host) and Anna (cleaner) were very responsive.Vancouver itself is a delight - great restaurants, interesting architecture and different neighborhoods. Very walk-able too. One day 8 miles but didn't feel tired at all!Next time Granville Island market on the first day to get the best possible EVERYTHING for our stay!

This location is walking distance to just about everything. With that being said and never visiting Vancouver before, we are not used to all the traffic and siren noise. The unit above or next to the master bedroom was doing some form of remodel so during the day there was some tapping and grinding sounds. The view is good, beds were comfortable, plenty of room for our family of 4 adults.
