The location was fantastic to meet all of our logistical requirements. The house was very recently renovated with a large suite with all of the latest and efficient appliances including air conditioning & power air filtration and very nicely equipped bathrooms with heated toilet seats & rain showers. Bedding & towels were first rate with 3 comfortable queen beds.Daljeet (host) was very quick to respond & accommodate our queries. Would highly recommend.

I stayed here with my parents and a family friend for a convention my dad was attending. The neighborhood felt very safe and there was ample street parking. It’s quiet in the evening but plenty of friendly people walking around in the day. The home was perfect size for the 4 of us. Check in was quick and easy. Would stay again and would highly recommend to others!

Home is roomy. Me & my 3 teens didn't feel crowded. The neighborhood was great, close to grocery, restaurants, public transport, liquor store with a good wine selection, & a nice walk to Granville Public Market. Unfortunately, the wonderful fresh food you might bring back for family cooking would be a challenge to prepare. Could be a terrific kitchen but extreme on minimally set up to actually cook. Unnecessary security cameras & heated toilet seat but not a single spatula, mixing bowl or strainer and two people can't cut up anything at the same time -- just missing lots of basics. In fact, house sparsely supplied overall; not an extra pillow, towel, blanket, or paper towel. After dealing with the owner day one (getting the access information was like pulling teeth at the home was not ready at the promised check-in time), I didn't feel it would be a positive experience to reach out again, so we just worked with the situation. Interior lighting is also weirdly and surgically bright! Not a horrible experience, just unnecessarily frustrating, inconvenient and a bit odd -- more like a hotel than a typical house rental but without the attentive staff of a hotel. We like to find spots we can return to but this isn't one. Maybe fine for some adults, those who really don't expect to use a kitchen, and who will just have short stays.

The house is beautiful, so clean and had all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. The owners were very friendly. We definitely recommend staying here and will be back.

The owners spared no expense on this gorgeous duplex (property is at the back of the home that is shown in pics). The furniture and bedding are comfortable and stylish. The kitchen appliances are very high quality, as are the bathroom fixtures (multiple shower heads and fancy electronic toilet seats, anyone?). Note that 2/3 of the bedrooms are very small as are the 2 bathrooms. Also note the kitchen and living room images (as of 8/24) are not accurate; the actual rooms are larger No instructions are given to operate the heat/AC or house fan, nor the electronic toilet seats, so good luck Iron and ironing board are provided Garage door is narrow (large SUV & minivans won't fit) and street prkng is limited to 2 hours for non-residents so plan ahead The neighborhood is great: walk 1 1/2 blocks to Cambie St to a Choices Market; many restaurants, shops and a small movie theater are right there, too. Very safe. A public tennis court is 3 houses away from the property. Other renters were in the front half of the house during our 6 night stay, but we only heard them running up and down the stairs, so it's well insulated TIPS: BYO washcloths plus eye shades if you want to sleep past dawn

We stayed here for a week with our 2 kids, 11 and 14 years old. Great location for a family. Easy walk to grocery store and restaurants and easy drive to all that Vancouver has to offer. Very clean and comfortable. Lovely neighborhood with beautiful gardens and parks.

The great: The house is in a great, walkable neighborhood with access to parks, shops, restaurants, salons, and cafes. It's also a short drive from the airport. The house was clean and had kitchen/bathroom necessities. The not-so-great: On arrival, the only instructions available were for the tv; none on how to work the upstairs amenities or what the checkout procedure was. Kitchen trash was full and we had to empty it ourselves. Upstairs, the bathroom floors and toilet seat were heated. Not just warm from the AC being off, but actively heated - in July. The floors were controlled by an unmarked thermostat in the hall. There was a Christmas tree, random bar stool, and box of ??? stored in the dining area, taking up space. It made the space a little less comfortable and accessible. The house can sleep 6 and so we received 6 towels, 6 hand towels, and 6 pillows for our stay. A request for additional pillows and washcloths was acknowledged and then never followed up on. Finally, the original listing had a hot tub, but there was none when we arrived (I have a screenshot of the listing). This was disappointing, to say the least. After that litany, yes, we had a nice stay. The home was clean and had the advertised bedrooms and bathrooms. The area is very nice and central to a lot of places to visit in Vancouver. The owner/management could do a few simple things to make the stay more comfortable, starting with being up front on amenities/instructions and being more responsive.

My family and I stayed here to accommodate a hospital stay for my father. The location can't be beat as it is a short walk to VGH with restaurants, grocery stores and coffee shops close by. The place was very clean with high end finishes. The garage, as all parking is in Vancouver, is tight. Have a bigger SUV - VW Atlas - that had to be precision parked. But grateful to be able to park on site, and walk which is a rare find in this area. Owner was responsive and flexible as our departure date was not set in stone due to hospital stay. Grateful for this as that took a lot of stress away by their flexibility. We will definitely be booking this again.

We have the best stay ever, the host is very friendly and all the time support the guest. The house is gorgeous and the quality of the amenities are excellent. Very well maintained, location is very good, near to all the best in Vancouver We definitely recommend this accommodation for everyone to want to enjoy the city.
