Clean and great location but big city noise on weekends.

Very clean apt and comfortable main bed with lots of extra pillows and blankets if needed. Well equipped with pots pans, and essential cooking basics like oil, salt, pepper and soy sauce. Convenient to walk to almost all of the major attractions.

The apartment can be very noisy and luckily there is a noise machine to help drown out some of the noise but Friday and Saturday nights were extremely loud. The pull out couch was not very comfortable.

Very enjoyable stay.

It is roomy and comfortable. The location was an easy walk to many popular places. The amenities were very good, the kitchen was well stocked for cooking. Heat and air conditioning and a fan. We had a very comfortable visit.

The property was great but the traffic noise at certain times of the day was annoying. Also, an emergency hospital nearby so we heard ambulances daily. Maybe 2-3 times.

Convenient location, but NOT good value

Very good service when we tried to contact them for additional info. We had issue with parking since our car is a midsize SUV and doesn’t fit in the free parking spot. Our contact person replied very promptly and was very helpful in figuring out our parking situation.

We were 5 people staying in the I it for 4 nights. We were not provided with enough coffee pods for 1 per day for each person. At a minimum, we should have had 20 pods.

Our stay there made our visit to Vancouver exciting and memorable. The space is well equipped with everything we needed and the location was just perfect. We would certainly like to be back and will recommend it to friends coming to Vancouver.

It’s beautiful when business takes pride in what they do!

We had great stay (Howe St)! Super Clean, spacious and comfortable, nicely furnished with little touches everywhere to make you feel welcome (or at home). Kitchen fully equipped (i mean fully) even oven mitts, apron,🤭, aluminum foil, parchment paper,etc. Great location. Balcony, parking. Pantry stocked with oil, spices, flour, oatmeal, pasta, coffee, sugar,… Smooth check in / out. Food market Nesters 5 min walk. Vivi was absolutely amazing 🤩 responding, helpful and accommodating. We will be back for sure!

Good for family who can endure noise.

The correspondence with the property manager ViVi and plenty of towels.

The location is very noisy. Not only there is unavoidable construction during the day, but also that the rowdy disturbance on Granville Street that last two 3AM, and constant ambulance sirens… The place overall also needs better care. There is leaking at the washroom door frame that dripped water constantly during our stay.

clean and spacious, easy stay in downtown. we had a great time

host was available for any of our questions on whatsapp, shout out to Ethan :) the suite had all amenities we needed and it was very clean. i like that the netflix was already logged in to a guest account that was a nice touch. easy and flexible check in/out

refuse room labels were confusing , signs saying to put cardboard in yellow bins but no yellow bins there was a vacuum but no broom even though most of the suite is hard floors

The apartment with seaview is great! It has all you need: well equipped kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, tv, washing and drying machine etc. And everything perfectly clean. Communication was friendly, helpful and fast. Also the detailed instructions were great to get into the apartment and how and where you can park your car. Perfectly located nearby all the things you want to see when you're in Vancouver: Vancouver Lookout, Gastown, Chinatown, Stanley Park, Granville Island etc. And great views from the apartment!

For usd 506$ a night I expected so much better stay.

I do have to say good things first: The apartment is practical and well organized, and the size is good. (we are family of 4, had one regular bed, and living room sofa) There is furniture that fits the space, and we still had space for our suitcases and clothes. The beds were medium comfortable (bedroom had super soft bed, with very hard pillows), and the bathroom is OK (a bit of mold smell but working fan. We only used kitchen for breakfast (kettle, toaster, microwave), so for that it was great. The place looked clean and did not smell.

The outside facade is _glass_ and this was a corner unit. (604) One tiny window can open in the bedroom and the sliding door leading to a balcony in living/dining/kitchen area. We visited during very sunny and warm weather August 2023 (83F = 28C). Even with all the blinds down, the sun was waking us up around 6-7am, and by 8am it was so hot (termometer on the wall not exposed to the sun was showing 26C, but felt much warmer), that I was sweating and taking multiple cold showers. (owner/agency said no air conditioning and do not touch the thermostat) Basically the apartment is a _hot house_ or greenhouse, and it is not livable. Maybe it works well in the winter for people that love to wake up with the sun. The location is downtown, but Howe st. is filthy, and smelly. I think there is government housing just next to this building, and the smells of fried food and so much noise is travelling up to 6th floor from Howe street that hosts many run down food places and pubs. There was loud music, long into the night, on Sat until 4am. So no sleep, you can shower and change. This is not the owners fault, but I would not stay here. Price VS Enjoyment and Rest is not good. We paid 506$ a night in USD (677 Canadian dollars).

A disapontment

The location is great.Good appliances in the kitchen and plenty of towels.

Not enough beds for 5 persons. Only one bedroom. My sons had to sleep on the sofa and on a mattress on the floor, it felt like camping in the living room. It was extremely uncomfortable. This apartment is not suitable for 5 persons even though I emphasized that we are 5. No A/C! It was very hot. There was an electric fan in the living room but it was very noisy. The curtains don't block the light and the acoustic insulation is not great either, it was very noisy. Not enough storage for clothes, we had to put our staff on the coffee table. Not enough big plates and no bowls. We used a pot for a salad.

good apartment, but not the one we booked and over communication from management.

Great location and nice amenities. good instructions as to how to get in the apartment and parking.

Unfortunately, the management of the property made for a stressful stay with lots of extra communication that could’ve been made upfront. You receive multiple messages of the warnings of what you were supposed to do in the many, many fines you will incur if you do not. Also, you have to send pictures of your passports in and send a large security deposit in exactly 2 days before your stay or they can cancel your booking. I have never had to communicate so much about a stay that it started to detracting from my vacation. I would add to this that the place we booked supposedly had water issues so they switched us, which they told us about just after we made the deposit (sure seems like they could have shared this prior!) and finally, I had to follow up with them for them to reimburse the deposit. The apartment itself is great, but I just would not want so much hassle ever again. I honestly wondered at some point if this was going to be a scam and I would have to follow up with legal action. Therefore, my rating of six, which I feel is quite generous, given the mix of experience.

Excellent Vancouver Base

Really nice apartment, well-stocked with great facilities, fantastic location walking distance from Stanley Park, Granville Island, Rogers Arena, Gastown, etc. Friendly, helpful, and understanding host.

Aircon only in the living room, so in hot weather the bedroom (which has a floor fan) is pretty hot to sleep in. Has a sofa bed in the living room if it gets too hot, though!

The view is amazing, the location is amazing, the decor is amazing, I just LOVED everything about this place, and the experience of living in the middle of Vancouver and having this sense of independence during our vacation was amazing.

The only downside is that there was no AC, and it was a bit warm during our stay, but I still had an amazing experience.

Pricey but an excellent place to stay

The place is right in the heart of the city. The Apartment is wonderful! All amneties are available. The views are amazing and it is a great place for new comers and new joiners in Vancouver. The apartment is equipped with TV, Internet, Kitchen amneties.

The price is extremely high. The price is higher than the 4-5 star hotels close by. The owner needs to really think about the pricing of the place. It is an excellent place however, the price is unreasonably very high.

鍵の受け渡し方や玄関の入り方など、事前に写真付きの案内が届いたのでとてもわかりやすく安心して行く事ができました。部屋はとても美しく、清潔で、備品なども予備も含めて整備されており、快適な滞在ができました。ベッドも広く、またスペアのマットもあり、家族3人の滞在でしたが狭いと感じることはありませんでした。スーパーやカフェなどが近くにあり、海にも歩いてすぐで、とても環境が良かったです。次もまた泊まりたいと思います。

事前の案内が出発２日前に届いたのですが、結構直前なのでちゃんと届くかドキドキました。もう少し早いと安心するなと感じました。
