Location was key to many of the things we wanted to do an explore.
The rail is loud, sadly the homeless is plentiful in the area and many sirens to be heard throughout the night.

I loved the convenience of the host providing two keys to access the building and unit. From there everything was a breeze from check in to check out. We were central to our destinations as everything was well within walking distance as well.
Costco was not even 5 minutes away as well as other grocery stores.
When we needed to call a ride service, pick up was convenient as the building was well situated. Great location! And the host was so sweet!
Wished the building had the garbage chute from our floor but perhaps there was. I did not look further into it as it did not put a damper on our stay. The condo was spacious and view was wonderful.

Train noise meant you needed ear plugs to sleep
The air conditioner was a portable model that needed the windows open so you had the choice of very hot room with windows shut or air conditioner on with excessive noise like you had to stop your conversation in the room until the train passed
