Our stay had a rough start as we were outside the building for 30mins before we were able to get a response from the host and gain access to the apartment. I wasn’t impressed with the lack of comfortable seating in the living room. There was only a dated pullout couch/love-seat. No fabric chair as seen in photos on line. For a three bedroom apartment, I don’t know where everyone is supposed to sit. The deck had bird crap on it along with weeds growing in places. The bistro set on the deck looks old and should be replaced. The kitchen amenities were acceptable and we appreciated the coffee kcups that were provided. The pocket door to the separate bathroom is in need of repair. It served its purpose for us but I feel there was plenty of room for improvements for what it costs.

This condo was great for our family trip! Very secure parking and condo building with excellent location easily walkable to all the downtown locations, aquabus, and transportation. There were lots of restaurants within a few blocks as well. The pool was under maintenance which was a bit disappointing for the kids but understandably unavoidable. Rafaela sent some local homemade bakery treats to the condo as a nice gesture given the unanticipated inconvenience. We would definitely rebook this condo on our next visit to Vancouver!

This apartment is conveniently located near downtown Vancouver. It's also right next to the less pleasant Downtown Eastside, but the border between these neighborhoods is quite distinct. The apartment is fine for a few days. The bed in the master bedroom is wonderfully large—unique in this type of apartment. It's a shame, though, that the third bedroom has no windows and no air conditioning. The air conditioning in the living room and other bedrooms worked properly, but it was very noisy. It's great that there's a gym and parking available for guests! Communication with Rafaela was friendly and efficient.
