Additional sleeping: Sofa bed available in the living area.

Main Floor: One full bathroom.
Kitchen: Fully equipped with modern appliances (stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, etc.).
Laundry: Washer and dryer located on the top floor, with detergent provided.
Entertainment:
Television (connect to Wi-Fi for streaming).
Books and games available in the living room.
Parking
One parking spot is available in the backyard. Please be mindful of the small rock when backing out.
Additional parking is available on 17th or 18th Avenue.
Heating and Cooling
Heating: Use the wall-mounted controls near the washroom.
Air Conditioning: Available in the top-floor main bedroom.
Safety and Security
First Aid Kit: Located in the kitchen.
Fire Extinguisher: Located in the kitchen.
Smoke Alarms: Installed throughout the property.
