The home spans 3 floors. The living room, kitchen, dining room and 2 bedrooms are on the main floor. On the upstairs floor there are 2 bedrooms and one bathrooms. The laundry room is located on the basement floor
The homeowner lives on-site on the lower level of the home. This allows us to assist guests promptly and helps us maintain a quiet, safe, and respectful environment for both our guests and our neighbors.

* Please park only in front of our property.
* Do not park in front of neighboring homes or block any driveway at any time.
* One parking space is available at the back of the property. If you would like to use it, please let us know in advance and we will provide parking instructions.

Please help us keep the neighborhood clean.
* Please separate garbage, recycling, and food waste into the appropriate bins.
* Do not leave any garbage or recycling outside the bins.
* If you are unsure how to dispose of an item, please ask us.

This is a quiet residential neighborhood.
* Quiet hours are from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
* Please keep conversations, music, television, and all other noise to a minimum during quiet hours.
* If you arrive late, please enter the property quietly and avoid talking loudly outside.
🚭 No Smoking or Cannabis
* No smoking or vaping is permitted anywhere inside the house.
* The use of cannabis (marijuana), including smoking or vaping, is strictly prohibited inside the house.

This is a lovely home that is conveniently located. Kun went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. She even offered to feed our kids ice cream!

We absolutely loved our stay at the property, and the host was incredibly clear and quick to communicate with. The one warning I will give, and I wish this was communicated on the listing, is that the hosts elderly mother lives in a suite in the basement of the apartment. Her space is disconnected, and she was a lovely woman (she even gave us some fresh fruit when we arrived!), but hearing steps from the basement without knowing the source was disconcerting at best. Other than that, absolutely no complaints!
